My experience has been really excellent in the house, everything has been perfect, from communication with Mireya, very attentive to all our requirements to how the house works. Regarding the house and the surroundings, really beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. I highly recommend it.

Totally recommended place,the cabin is very cozy, clean and just like in the photographs. Miss Cecilia is very kind received us super well and answered any questions very quickly.

We had a very pleasant stay. The host Eduardo is a very friendly person and willing to respond to all our concerns. A house with all the comforts one can expect. With all the services nearby. I'd come back anyway. It was definitely a very beautiful few days.

Excellent host, always caring about our stay. Very quiet place which allows a complete rest, in addition to the beach of totoralillo which is wonderful, everything excellent. If we will go again? We would definitely do it. PD: owns parking; Totoralillo beach 10 minutes from the house by car, supermarkets between 10-15 minutes drive.

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

We loved Poliane and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Avenida Italia has many restaurants, shops, cafeterias. While this is outside of the hostess's control, people should be aware that the building allows parties on weekends in the "quinchos" directly below the balcony which can run to at least until 1:30. Unfortunately, we had to experience one of these parties. We had to do our best with white noise to kill the music and noise from the party. We also had a noisy neighbor directly above us. Still, the attention of the hostess was outstanding.

The location is excellent, in the center of Valdivia, near all the most important tourist attractions in the city. The apartment is impeccable and with some additions that make the stay enriching. I would definitely come back.

The best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. A beautiful home away from the city noise, with a stunning view from the balcony. An unbelievably comfortable sofa, and a bed so perfect it should be reserved for the gods. I felt relaxed, cozy, and completely at peace — it was an unforgettable experience. Fast internet, great air conditioning, and a washing machine — everything worked perfectly. The location of the apartment deserves a separate review. In my opinion, it’s the best area in the city. A park, shopping centers, and everything I needed were right nearby. Thank you so much — we had a fantastic time. Also, the balcony has a child safety net, we were provided with a crib, and there were even toys in the apartment — our son was very happy. Thank you!
