The owner of the apartment was super friendly and was quick to respond, always ready to answer any questions. Located in a quiet area, the apartment enjoyed super little noise. The janitors were friendly at all times and ready to answer any questions. Despite having a problem with the vending machine, we were taken care of super well and the problem was resolved immediately.

Very good accommodation, comfortable and very cozy, with everything we needed, we chose this apartment because of the proximity to the fifth vergara and we were not mistaken.

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was spotless, very comfortable and quiet. The view is perfect (looks the same as shown in the pictures and better), I highly recommend this place, it is special to share in couples, Guillermo is very clear with the instructions and very good host, responds quickly and cares about the whole stay. I would definitely go back.

The apartment is in excellent condition, everything new and very clean as seen in the photos. Very comfortable beds. The location is good to go to the mall but walking if you go with elderly people on the way back, uphill, maybe it's a little complicated, but by car it's 5 minutes. Francisco is always very attentive and predisposed. I would recommend it

The apartment is in an excellent location, has a park next door and places like bakery/pastry shop, Oxxo, among others. The beach is a 15 minute walk, the dunes are super close and the place is very quiet.

Very nice apartment, it was well equipped. The good location, all walkable, perfect for going out to in the Night, going to the dunes, supermarket close by. Claudio is always very attentive, thank you very much for the stay, I recommend it 100% Good depa for couples. Thank you :)

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

With the golf court in sight, the surroundings invite you to rest and disconnect. As it is inserted in a closed club, the security level is very high, which makes it ideal for carelessness. The house has everything you need to have a good time. Already with family or friends. Because it has many spaces to have a good time: - sparkling glasses in the Jacuzzi - some exercise in the pool - eat bbq in the garden - chatting with a wine around the stove - watch a children's movie with the projector Outstanding!

The place is wonderful, an eden. The house and garden of high design standards. It's like a decoration magazine house. Very good taste. Full of native trees, a huge natural pool, a large stove and soft and clean savannas ( and beds) where to rest. A comfortable kitchen, sparkling bathroom, super cozy living room. The host was very friendly and always super attentive to all our concerns. In fact, he recommended some very nice treckings and local restaurants where we ate excellent . We rest, we saw movies, we enjoyed nature, we ate very well x the surroundings, we did excursions and always felt safe. Really the safety issue is outstanding . I recommend it in closed eyes, by far the best place in the area . If or if we are going to come back

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The location is very good, which makes it easy to get to different parts of the city. The pool with the slide was the best for my daughter, she really enjoyed it. It is an ideal place for two people or couples with a child, as it is comfortable and cozy. We would definitely like to return in the future.

The condominium is excellent. The ocean view from the 6th floor is beautiful. Playa Los Lilenes is non-existent. We had to use the car every day to go to the beaches of Viña or Reñaca. That wasn't the idea. It was hard for us to walk up from the beach to the condominium, due to the difference in height and age, of course.

Paula is a 5 star hostess. Clear instructions, apartment well located, cozy, clean. The sofa bed reaches others for double people, a couple or children. IT IS very comfortable, looks like a real bed. Small details inside that makes all the difference. Sure at another time, I would consider being able to go back to the same place. Highly recommended!
