House vacation rentals in Übersee

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

I was personally welcomed by Gerlinde in a very friendly manner. The accommodation has everything you need and is very nicely located in nature. by bus, you can reach the accommodation from Salzburg Central Station in about 45 minutes. Thalgau town center is less than a kilometer away where you can get everything. i left earlier because of the weather forecast (heavy rain) but still felt very comfortable. i'd love to come back!

We felt very comfortable! A super great house where there is a lot to discover Those who are musically gifted will find joy at the piano the drums and the singing bowl. The hot tub was very large and really nice and warm (we visited in December) All in all, we enjoyed it very much and we felt right at home We'd love to come back ☺️

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Super Haus. so spacious that you still have ten privacy. View is a dream to be in. Ski resort only 8 min away. We were able to ride sleds right in front of the house. Hosts are always easy to reach and very flexible. We were a little scared to arrive with children at minus 4 degrees...but the house warmed up quickly and then it stayed... Highly recommended for a family vacation!!

Beautiful home and beautiful view! We loved our stay and Tanja & Markus were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to stay outside the city center.

We spent the Christmas season with our daughters (6 and 7 years) in this beautiful house. The house was sparkling clean, beautiful and decorated in a Christmas mood. The sauna and hot tub were just horny and we could relax. Very recommended. Thank you so much Christof.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Warm, friendly and helpful hosts, very peaceful setting in beautiful Bavarian countryside, spacious and calming accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Kerstin and Karolin's cottage leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Large rooms with lots of space , everything very clean and great garden to romp and play. The location is fantastic , very close to the Saalach located in a quiet residential area. Directly from the house you can start great hikes / cycling tours. We arrived with 2 children ( baby and 3-year-old) and were greeted very warmly with many tips. During our stay, our hosts were always very quickly accessible. Both arrival and departure and communication were uncomplicated and absolutely warm. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would love to come back.

Very nice apartment, spacious, inhaled duvets, clean and cozy. The host responded right away when we did something. The only problem was the neighbors upstairs, who were very noisy at night. Thank you for your stay and the opportunity to relax with your children on a long journey.

We stayed in this cottage for the second time with three couples and will definitely be back! ☺️ Everything worked out smoothly and you feel right at home in the accommodation!

The property is only recommended for the catchment area of Messe München. Lots of bedrooms, furnished kitchen and large bathroom. Parking is also available directly in front of the door! Would book again anytime if needed

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

We had rented both apartments for our family gathering. The easy access via code was very helpful for the back and forth. The rooms are large and friendly, the bathrooms very modernly furnished. In the kitchen there is everything you need for a larger group, and with a little buzz we all had space at the large table. The email contact with Julia was friendly and informative. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Sabine’s home was the perfect place for our family to spend our Christmas holiday in Munich. The house is gorgeous and spacious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and take advantage of the outdoor space more in warmer seasons. Sabine was a delight to communicate with. She was very helpful and inviting.

Great place, close to ski areas and nice cross-country trails. The house has a beautiful dining room, the kids loved the big room with the bunk beds. Everything is clean. Isabell is very friendly and helpful.

A cozy holiday home with a nice lawn in front of the door, a trampoline for the little ones, about half an hour away from Salzburg, and very recommendable.

We had an amazing stay at Roman’s property over Christmas and highly recommend it! The house is full of charm, very well-equipped, and located just 10-15 minutes from the city by car, yet surrounded by peaceful countryside. The views from the living room and kitchen are stunning, and we loved seeing the cows and hens next door. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the heating was excellent, and the separate toilet and bathroom were so convenient. The kitchen had fantastic appliances and plenty of supplies, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Roman was an outstanding host—he communicated promptly, answered all our questions, and gave us great tips on local attractions. He made everything seamless from start to finish. Thank you, Roman, for a fabulous Christmas stay! It was peaceful, cozy, and unforgettable.
