NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Our accommodation is located between Chiemsee and Alps, Salzburg and Munich. Via wonderful cycling and hiking trails you can explore the Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve, as well as the large golf course nearby. Good bus and train connections.
