2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Das Apartment ist ca. 44 m2 groß und wurde im Herbst 2019 grundsaniert. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines 5-stöckigen Wohngebäudes. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der im Zwischenstock ("3/4") zwischen dem 3. und 4. Stock hält. Das heißt, es sind 9 Stufen zum Wohnungseingang hinunter zu gehen.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation.
