Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ubatuba

The house is great, spacious and comfortable. It deserves highlight the gourmet space, where we are more gathered. The beach is very close, which makes it very easy, and the condominium is very safe. Mr. Alexandre was extremely helpful from the first contact. I hope to get back to you for sure.

We had a great stay at the turn of the year. The house is spacious and airy, accommodating very well 7 adults and 2 children for 6 days.

Comfortable house, right next to the beach, quiet walk! We had a really nice weekend with our family. Highlight for the smelling and comfortable towels and bed linens. The outer part where there is a deck that you are integrated with nature, with a stream on the side and a very good BBQ area with a large table. I was afraid of having pernilongo due to the proximity to the forest, no more pernilongo or fly appeared!!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The home of the feeling of coziness and hugs you! It is a very familiar place, delicious, with many plants, a feeling of interior but very close to the center of Ubatuba. I have a Border collie dog and the backyard is impeccable and very spacious for pets (in addition to being all surrounded). The house has EVERYTHING you may need, very well-equipped, fan in all rooms, including in the living room, air conditioning in the bedroom… we feel at home and we really like it! We're definitely going back! A tbm differential is the external area that is giant, barbecue with a great structure and even has a fridge in the external area (in addition to the kitchen)… you can appreciate nature and the birds because they leave a little to play every morning, a show! And to close with gold key, Nati let the gnt have more flexibility at check out, which made us have another delicious day of the beach!

Wonderful house, wonderful environment, everything clean, everything complete… Very polite, caring, helpful. Pertissimo da Praia, to go on foot peacefully, we spent wonderful days with our family, cooked at home, barbecue, without the slightest problem, we had a lot of fun. Town house owner a spectacular being of incredible sympathy and humility. God willing we'll be back soon.

Mario was attentive and helpful from the first contact, providing all the necessary information and also gave us tips for a perfect stay. The house is very well located next to Praia do Félix and, for those who want to venture, the location is strategic to take trips to the other beaches. We felt at home and found everything that was needed for our stay; the house is super-equipped. To shop you get practically everything you need at Itamambuca beach (10min) and still has the delivery option - Pizzaria Na Mata delivered the super hot and delicious pizza. We requested the service of the homemade (Flávia) and it was just amazing. She gave us all the support and kept the house impeccable without us noticing. Note 10! I recommend and we will definitely go back. =)

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

The apartment is excellent, much larger than the pictures describe, has an exclusive barbecue of the apartment that sits on the terrace, a very large and complete space for a family lunch, comfortable beds, working air conditioning. We'll definitely be back, my family loved it. Andreza was super solicit in Td.

Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

We love the accommodation of Glaucia, she was always very kind and polite, just like Mr. Nilson, super punctual and a sympathy! We love the location on a super quiet, residential street and at the same time close to td ! Obg will be back more often

We don’t have enough words to describe our experience this weekend, lets just say we didn’t want to leave! Eduardo was great, and the house caretakers outstanding, it was the best stay we ever had anywhere in the world. Thank you, we will be back for sure!

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

Amazing stay! Would highly, highly recommend a stay here. It’s paradise. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen immensely. The on property waterfalls were an additional bonus. It’s also not far from Paraty for all the shopping and more touristy needs. We did lose power while we were there as it’s very common in the region but the host was so helpful and responsive. There is a back up generator that we used for power.

This property is simply beautiful. The space is organized well, offering open living spaces to enjoy together as well as plenty of bedrooms for privacy and rest. The A/C and fans worked well in all bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and functioned well. The house is supplied quite well for cooking with plenty of dishes and glasses. The pool area is excellent, offering a really relaxing space. We even saw a toucan during our first dip. Jian was a terrific host, always responsive and helped us to troubleshoot as needed. The neighborhood is quiet with a less than 10 minute drive to the historical center or a 20ish minute walk. I hope to come back and enjoy this wonderful property again in the future.
