Condo vacation rentals in Ubatuba

Apartamento was super clean, new, well equipped, has the essentials a family needs. Markets, pharmacies nearby. Close to the avenue with bars restaurants, a fair and an open-air mall that we really like. Good for strolling at night. The hosts always responded immediately and assisted in everything we needed.

The flat was exactly like in the listing and photos. It has a beautiful view of the mountains in the background, we feel comfortable and safe. We went in 7 people and we felt it was quiet. The condominium is cool, very good pools area. Communication with Aline has always been fast. Our stay had the impact of the lack of water for 2 days, but to be fair, it was not the fault of the host, the lack was in several neighborhoods of Ubatuba due to lack of supply from Sabesp due to the occurrence of heavy rains.

We had a great stay. Communication with Mr Adilson was excellent, always answering questions before and during the stay. I always request even when the gas ran out, immediately made the request and soon arrived. The perfect place's cleaning, description and photos like the listing, location near the beach about 250m, comfortable mattresses, with basic utensils available. No noise in the neighborhood. Tv and wifi work.

Great apartment, wonderful condo. Exactly as in the pictures, we went in 8 adults and we were all delighted with the caprice of the apartment, with the location and especially with everything the condominium offers. We will definitely stay hosted more often.

The apartment perfectly served my family. It has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in every room, and everything works. Everything was clean and organized. Good beds and tbm pillows. There's a dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the hosts was great, they always responded to me quickly. The location is excellent, outside the movement of the center, but quickly by car to get there. The condominium is excellent, great pools you can enjoy on a day that you don't want to go to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Great apartment, especially for those with children. Town is just across the street and we were on the beach. The condominium is quiet and close to everything, including the center. The main point was the communication with Alessandra, easy, fast and efficient. Nothing to complain about, just to thank you for the wonderful days we spent in Ubatuba.

I traveled with family and the apartment served us in everything! It's beautiful, it was extremely clean, equipped and great location tb! The stove is very weak, and the single mattresses are "moles", tb had no coffee maker that was described! Besides that, we loved it! Ana always responded very quickly , it was very flexible at check-in which helped us too much! It is a very safe place to take the Pet tb since it has a canvas in it! Thank you!!!

The place is WONDERFUL, I confess that I found it more beautiful in person. An amazing view, watching the sunrise and sunset from that balcony having a coffee for me was indescribable. Everything clean, Dora super attentive. I highly recommend the space and of course I wish to return to this PARADISE!

The apartment is well located, well divided, three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and air-conditioning in all bedrooms, cozy, we feel at home ! Near literally everything, near the corner market, pharmacies, fruit and in less than 20 minutes drive on beautiful beaches to the north! The south are also beautiful but more trendy, there is traffic. Rosemar was super attentive, helping us to get the check in quickly and made himself available for whatever it was necessary. We hope to return soon, there are still many beaches to visit!

The first thing I notice in a stay is the shower. The Spectacular kitchen is complete with all important utensils. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning working perfectly. Condominium staff were cordial and ready. The apartment is a block from the beach, as the entrance of the building is on the parallel street to the main one, according to the photos and the description of the listing.

My family and I had a great stay. The apartment is close to the beach, and essential daily services. The space is well equipped and the condominium has good security and leisure.
