Great space, whole farmhouse decorated with very good taste, beautiful place in the middle of mountains, cleaning of all the villa and impeccable pool, it was so good that it left us wondering if we were going to the beach or not!!! Mr Andrius very helpful, too good people, we helped anytime with everything we needed...finally... it's a place that everyone deserved to spend a few days... note 1000... only gratitude

The Guilherme space is very cozy, all our doubts he always answered us promptly, the Camila who helped us in the cleaning and refills was wonderful. The only drawback is the traffic, for the period we were, those who like to travel on other beaches, I suggest renting in less busy periods Now who wants peace and quiet the hard beach is the right place.

Our entire stay was a dream! The place is amazing, the beautiful and well-equipped house. Ninha was super cozy and made the perfect house for our arrival. We love every minute we spend on the island! And thank you all - the homemakers and your Toninho!

Great stay. Perfect for a couple and with a wonderful view. Well-equipped kitchen and communication was great. When we need it, we were served promptly.

Mario was attentive and helpful from the first contact, providing all the necessary information and also gave us tips for a perfect stay. The house is very well located next to Praia do Félix and, for those who want to venture, the location is strategic to take trips to the other beaches. We felt at home and found everything that was needed for our stay; the house is super-equipped. To shop you get practically everything you need at Itamambuca beach (10min) and still has the delivery option - Pizzaria Na Mata delivered the super hot and delicious pizza. We requested the service of the homemade (Flávia) and it was just amazing. She gave us all the support and kept the house impeccable without us noticing. Note 10! I recommend and we will definitely go back. =)

Apartment very well located. all as described, well equipped. Great place for the family, condominium pool and other very well organized and well-kept facilities. Sra Neide very helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Jo is simply a fantastic person, a super hospitable host, with amazing care for the guests. We have no words to describe the house, we were already enchanted by the photos, but personally, there is no comparison. an incredibly beautiful, cozy, clean, organized environment. it is seen at first that all aspects of the house were thought out with affection. A wonderful mix of art, sea and nature. Perfect for those who have children too, my son felt playing in a treehouse inside his own house. Our experience was wonderful, perfect house, super close to the beach, with access on foot, a village for those who like peace and really enjoy the company of the family.

Accommodation with excellent cost/benefit, right next to the beach.

Rosa's stay is an excellent accommodation in Paraty! Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, in view of the balcony is wonderful. In the outdoor area there is a space with shower and barbecue, which was very helpful for us. We felt at home. The hostess is a sweet, kind. When we get back to Paraty, we'll stay at the apartment again. Thank you!

I have no words to express my gratitude for all the cordiality, affection and welcome with which Chrisna received us. We went to two couples in search of a quiet Carnival, and our experience exceeded all expectations. The site is simply charming, full of fruit trees and extremely well taken care of. On the grounds, there is a larger house, also available for rent, in addition to this charming chalet where we stay. The chalet has a double bedroom, with a comfortable bed, and another bedroom with a bunk bed. It is a simple yet cozy and cost-effective accommodation. The location is privileged, very close to Poço das Andorinhas and Poço da Laje, in addition to being only 15 minutes away from the Historical Center of Paraty. Thank you so much, Chris, for making our stay so special!

A Bel is very friendly. Clean and nice place to stay. Near the Centre. Nearby markets and restaurants. The only problem was the power outage that often happens in the city. Outside this I recommend Bel's house.

If it were to sum up in a word it would be UNFORGETTABLE ! Perfect House even better than the pictures and descriptions. Everything amazing and thought out with a lot of affection by the hosts, we really felt at home. It was my mother's birthday the day we arrived and Milena had left pampering and a cake wishing congratulations on what made her feel special and making the day even more fantastic. Upon arriving at the house you already see that everything is thought of making the days unforgettable and free of unforeseen events, from everything in the house to facilitate accommodation (cutlery, utensils, oil, salt…) to the box of medicines left in the bathrooms. We really feel welcome and at home ! The tips left by hosts also make all the difference beyond the quick response in case you need anything. Thank you so much for the incredible days, we hope to be back very soon.

Wonderful Airbnb. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and thanks to the screens, free from insects. We loved being in the middle of nature and seeing animals and birds from the porch. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the the river. Colin and Renata are great hosts, very friendly and respectful of privacy. Would absolutely come back again.

I loved my lodging, it was incredible days!! We were greeted by dear Mariana (friendly,affectionate and made us feel at home),we received a delicious treat. The apartment is super cozy,clean and very comfortable. It is close to good shops such as restaurants,markets,bakeries ...and close to the big beach ( I went on foot), in addition to the beach of Tenório and the red beach that is very close. The kitchen is complete with all items (new) to make our own meals, comfy bed and great shower. I loved it so much we stayed twice as long as planned. Thank you Mari and Gabriel for your affection. It was worth it!! Great location, air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, private backyard with barbecue, very close to the beach, thing of a quarter. When we went, there was a car selling ice around the corner of the apartment, which helped a lot to bring cooler to the beach. Veronica always responded very quickly. Building with pool and game room. I recommend it!!

We had an amazing stay. Just in walking distance of the beach, amazing views and an incredible house. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the beach in Ubatuba. Celso was super responsive and delivered on everything. Thank you Celso.

My group of friends' stay was very good at the Nice house. The location is very good, close to Lazaro and Domingas Dias beach, easy to reach and Nice was kind in us to relax check-in and check-out. The village had kitchen utensils and chair/parasol to take to the beach. A point that could improve is some air conditioners that change the temperature [2 bedroom had this problem], I think it's something that a little maintenance solves. Anyway, it's a great cost benefit, I'd come back again.

Priscila was very requested and proactive in answering and resolving our questions! The house is exactly like the ad and what was fundamental those days was the air conditioning in the bedrooms, we got very hot days! The outside of the house is perfect for after beach and lunch! All spotless ! We love so much and we hope to go back!

Luiz's place faithfully corresponds to the advertisement, very clean and organized. The leisure space (barbecue and swimming pool) is great for those who travel with family and children, as it allows contact between guests. The property is close to the beach, and it is not necessary to leave by car. The accommodation was great!

We stayed in the family for 7 days, and as amazing as it seems we don't get rain in the week! What made it possible to make even more of the house pool! The leisure area is delicious, and also had a swimming pool cleaning. The beach is very quiet, fds has more tractor movements of the Marina with the boats, but it did not get in the way…and we stayed more in the pool. Beach has no mt kiosk structure, I think it should have one , a little further from the house. And the best, no street vendor to bother. Paulo's reception was great, it helped us with what we need . O Alexandre very request tbm in the responses of the messages. It would stay more often in the house and would recommend. The showers are good, the rooms smell a little enclosed, but normal for a beach house by the sea. We made a barbecue and food in the house as well. We very pleased the stay there.

The accommodation is located ten minutes from the beach. It is a very quiet beach, very nice, very calm, the surroundings are safe. The environment is like very jungle and it is very nice to walk. We were fourteen people and it was very comfortable for us because there were enough rooms and bathrooms for all and amenities in general the house is very prepared.

Renata's house was perfect for us with children and a large group. near the historic center, it's also a great option to stroll through the night. The house is comfortable and Renata was super available.
