Exceptional Stay. New and well designed place, very comfortable with the host provided everything from laundry to dishwashing detergents (trivial but we have stayed at places with the machines but without detergents!). We packed our own soap and shampoo. We love the extensively large covered porch looking out the water and trees where the birds love to hang out. There are two birds feeders for cheap entertainment :) The “toy” closet has everything that we needed for a day at the beach, which was every day the whole week. Lots of quality beach towels and my favorite is the fabric covered water hammock float! The only things that we didn’t like about St John are the hills and switchbacks so we didn’t drive after dark. The full kitchen is very handy to make some quick dinners. Overall a great experience.

Bridget and Michael are wonderful hosts, super friendly and helpful. The Airbnb is very clean and comfortable, and a great home base while exploring the island. We were glad we had rented a jeep as St John has many steep and bumpy roads including the route to the Airbnb. We walked into Cruz Bay for dinner a few nights and had one of our favorite meals of the trip at 1864 The Restaurant. We enjoyed snorkeling at Trunk Bay and lots of hiking in the National Park, our favorite hike being Salt Pond to Rams Head. We had a great time and stay!

Trey’s place was so clean, comfortable, and it was a perfect place for my family to stay for a few days! The view of the tennis courts and beach were great for breakfast, and we tried the resort restaurants as well. We had a rental car, so it was super easy to drive to other beaches, and we also spent a day over in St John. The kitchen was stocked as well. Can’t recommend enough!

Convenient room in a resort on St. Thomas. Beach of its own and easy walk to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for a sail or sailing lesson if you like. Short distance from restaurants in Red Hook.

Julie and her associates were great with communication. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to St. John. We always have a great time on the island and this condo was the perfect way to enhance our vacation.

Don’t get fooled by the Murphy Bed in the studio!!! My partner is a 6’3 guy and he had NO complains! EXTREMELY confortable!🙌 The room was really pretty and good size! Huge kitchen as well. Everything was clean, and the surroundings were pretty and peaceful. The restaurants were awesome. The hosts were pretty attentive, they responded basically every single time I had any doubt before and after booking, and made sure all worked for us. We booked at last minute and still we were able to have an awesome place and stay. I will definitely stay here again, and will book with them if I need another place at another location as well. 💯 recommended in every way.

This is the most magical place I have ever stayed. It's the perfect balance of naturally beautiful/ tranquil and eclectic/cool artsy vibe. The host is so lovely and made us feel right at home while also being really great about respecting our privacy. The location is close to Cruz Bay (about a 15-minute drive) where you can easily find great restaurants and bars. And about a 5-10 minute stroll to a local beach and Chocolate Hole. At night, we walked up to the top of the hill, and the stars were incredible because the location was remote enough to have very little ambient light. I also have to give a shout out to the beautiful, vibrant wall murals and art. It really makes the space special. Would recommend this highly to anyone wanting to relax and reconnect in an absolutely stunning environment.

Recently spent 11 beautiful nites at the Hoos House. Accommodation was clean, expansive and had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful island of St John. Bed was large and quite comfortable, newly installed out door shower was used daily and the 2nd bedroom afforded more than enough storage and space for my wife and me. The expansive covered deck overlooking the Weston and Great Cruz Bay was utilized every morning while enjoying coffee and again at nite over a cold beverage or two. The kitchen contained all the pots, pans and utensils for an extended stay at home vacation though being situated just 1/2 mile to Cruz Bay made it easier to dine at Morgan’s Mango, Longboard or The Lime Inn among other choices. The Hoos House supplied beach chairs, a cooler and small tent which helped limit too much sun exposure. In addition having a washer and dryer on site was a definite plus. Andy was quite responsive when we had any questions or concerns and made us feel at home. Thanks Andy!

This is truly a gem in the Coral Bay Area of Saint John. Dena was helpful as the local contact for anything we needed. The place was fantastic, clean and comfortable. I could spend every waking hour on the front porch. And it was very private and secluded. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was perfect for our meals that we opted to do at home. Nearby dining options are close including Skinny Legs and Surf Club Cantina. Multiple beaches are close by, we picked Cinnamon Bay as our favorite! I would totally pick this place again. It was a fantastic stay and I cannot recommend it enough.

Nice residential setting. Beautiful pool and deck area with fantastic view. Very large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, screened in deck. Coolers, beach chairs and towels were available and most appreciated.

The view from the apartment is spectacular, we enjoyed watching the boats going by the view of St John was great. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The furniture was very comfortable. It is a good location close to several beaches and not too far from Road Town. Very close to Sopers Hole for provisions and the ferry to Jost .

This was our first trip to St John so we needed some direction. Drew provided a Jeep, a person to meet us at the ferry and bring us to our location. He helped with arranging our sunset cruise on the final night. He is a “concierge”. He never made me feel like a bother and I had plenty of questions. Our friends recommended him and they were right, he was tremendous. If you want a top notch experience, you get what you pay for and working with Drew was worth it.

We had a great stay at the sugarview villa! We stayed in the main house & it was very tidy, peaceful, well kept, & overall just a wonderful experience. Matt responded very quickly to any questions we reached out with during our trip which made things so smooth for us. We would definitely stay in this house again & recommend to any larger families!

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at Casa Carolina. It was our first trip to St. John and truthfully this villa offered one of the best views on the island right from the deck. Whether reading a book under the shaded area or floating around in the pool, you cannot help but feel a sense of peace and tranquility. We really enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife (white donkeys, iguanas, goats, deer) this side of the island offers. Keep in mind that Coral Bay is not the side of the island with the iconic white sandy beaches and aquamarine water. You will have to drive about 15 mins to get to the North Shore beaches and Cruz Bay where most of the shopping and restaurants are located. Also, the villa’s kitchen and living area is separated from the downstairs bedrooms by an outdoor staircase. This was not a huge deal for us, but I guess could be for some. We thought it was nice to not have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

Tiarra”s place was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids ages 12,10,8. Very comfortable beds including a sleep sofa good enough for the kids. Sapphire beach is beautiful with everything you need with walking distance. What an amazing view!

This place was great. Everything was new and the unit was supplied with everything you could need or want - toaster, pots and pans, coffee maker, (even a pizza pan), hair dryer, iron, storage containers, baggies, saran wrap, seasonings, beer, water, soda and ice waiting in refrigerator, etc. Even the toilet paper was not that cheap stuff usually stocked in Airbnbs. Air Conditioning not needed but worked great. Great shower. Washer, dryer. Quiet area. Shambles Bar and Grill and Windmill Restaurant short 2-minute drive from rental. The place had beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, hose to rinse feet and equipment, clothesline, nice deck, deck chairs and table, etc. Charlie was super nice and helpful. This was our 10th stay on St John and this place had more items than any other place. We plan to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed and more. Would recommend to anyone going to St John that wants to be walking distance from downtown. Hope to return one day.

You can tell that the owner, Larissa, loves this place. She made her place feel like your own; a place that is welcoming, beautiful, and beyond clean. The view is spectacular and the location is fantastic, so close to Red Hook, the Ritz, and Caribbean Fish Market. Her description of the place is spot on. Without a doubt one of the best AirBnBs we’ve ever rented. The view from the master bedroom is stunning with beautiful sunrises. I would recommend this place to anyone and would without a doubt rent it again.

Lovely home, it was very spacious and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. Justin was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I had a great stay. The unit was large and very well appointed with great amenities! We had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen made it difficult to go out, to the two nice restaurants on the property. The only thing between the beach and the condo is beautiful pool area. We loved the beach, which is private, quiet, with great swimming and snorkeling. We visited some of the well-known beaches in the area but enjoyed the private beach just as well! There towels were plentiful and nice and fresh, and there was very nice snorkeling gear provided. The unit was squeaky clean, which we really appreciated.

Wonderful stay! Everything you could possibly need is already there. So much thought and care is shown in the little touches. The only issue we had was the bed, too firm for our taste. The balcony couch was so comfy and easy to dose off on. Absolutely beautiful views and easy access to beach. Delicious food at nearby restaurant. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely superb. Faultless. Fantastic. Spotless. Well equipped and we were not disturbed once. We could not have asked for more.
