My wife and I took great time to remodel our apt considering that we were sold on the High floor ocean view, the moonlight view at night, overlooking the marina, and beautiful mountains overlapping the ocean.Our balcony, off course, is our favorite location, where we hear the sound of the waves, the boats in and out of the marina,the manaties on the water, and the breathtaking winds on both sides of your apt.The apt is very romantic and family oriented at the same time.

Beautiful modern penthose villa apartment located at beach front Villas del Mar Beach Resort complex, with views to the ocean from almost every angle. Conveniently located just 25 min. from San Juan Int. Airport with two swimming pools, jacuzzi and beach access among other amenities. Villa Pelicano (Quiet and safest in town)

Be careful where you rent beyond Loiza Street. It is not user friendly anymore. I guarantee my place is safe and private. Look in the map before you reserve. Any doubts call me. Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Steps from the beach. Read on. Hidden Gem. Only 5 star place in Loiza street. You ask I have it. Car included (extra charge of course).
