The condo was so clean and beautiful. The location was perfect with beaches and food nearby.

We loved this condo. Well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and all the appliances you could ask for. Washer and dryer were very useful after a day at the beach . Everything was so close that we didn’t feel we needed a car (even tho you get a dedicated parking space). Shared taxis to the beaches are just 5 mins walk away. We appreciated use of the included beach chairs which were easy to carry on trips .

Really enjoyed my time at this delightful vacation rental. The East End of St Thomas is nice and peaceful well away from the cruise ship docks and the ferry dock is very close and convenient. Excellent grocery store across the street from the ferry docks with other nice shopping located there as well. The views from balcony are gorgeous and the condo was a clean, quiet, calm and cozy oasis. The restaurant located within the condo complex-Sudi’s- was outstanding and had one of the better burgers I’ve ever had in the Caribbean. They serve breakfast/lunch/dinner while also having a good bar scene going on with great bartenders. Sapphire Beach is right next door with plenty of great walking available around the condo community and they have a marina that has multiple fairly priced boat charter options I chose the sailboat Cosmos and had a great 1/2 day sail with very nice fellow passengers. A truly delightful rental experience in a beautiful and serene location. Thank you!

The unit was clean, modern and spacious and with excellent views of Cowpet Bay. The location is great with easy access to the commercial strip in Red Hook. We enjoyed the balcony and pool, and parking was easy and convenient. Delano greeted us upon arrival and was extremely responsive and attentive! Overall we had an excellent stay and are very glad we chose the Thirsty Mermaid! We definitely recommend it!

This was our second stay at Rockroom and it will not be our last. The location is prime, the unit is huge, perfect for the 2 of us, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We go during off-season, so even though the clubhouse isn’t ‘open’, we could still use the exercise room that had all new equipment and great A/C. When we had a problem with the one of the two A/C units in our condo (on the weekend, of course) David was quick to respond and had it fixed ASAP. We stayed nice and cool for our entire stay. Two bathrooms are a plus, and the bed is very comfy. Thanks, David, for another great stay!

GREAT condo! Spacious bedrooms with three good sized bathrooms. Good sized living room with bonus seating area in the upstairs area. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the mornings and after a long day of adventuring. Her kitchen has all the supplies for cooking and the condo is close to a smallish grocery story (Mo's) which had prepared food too. You can look up the condos on google maps, so it was easy to get to. Her instructions for entering were easy and clear. The location was close to Meghan's Bay, Lindquist Bay, and Even Sapphire Village Resort if you want a nice beach and bumming vibe. You can easily drive to Red Hook little district with the grocery, a couple of shops, the ferry, and restaurants. The pool was lovely! The beach wasn't somewhere you'd want to swim. If you want to sit on the sand and enjoy the view, great! We'd highly recommend this space and if we come back will use it again!

Great place our 6th stay in STT as we have family here. Definitely th easiest check out we've had just turn off stuff and leave. Awesome communication always lande sure we were good. Would definitely stay here again..

Great stay! Excellent location very walkable to town and taxi stand for easy transport to beaches, etc. Host was very responsive and helpful. I had Starfish Market deliver food ahead of time so we walked into a stocked kitchen. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay and Tracy was very responsive. Pool deck is gorgeous, photos didn’t do it justice. Beautiful pool and hot tub with views of Cruz Bay!

Green Leaf was accurately advertised. It is adjacent to the well known Wyndham Resort where we enjoyed all of the resort amenities like the pool, spa, gym, lounge cabanas and restaurant at a fraction of the price. It’s remote and off the beaten path which we were fully aware. It was perfect for us to unwind and unplug from the world. We took a taxi in and a taxi out and stayed there for three days. It was perfect, If you want to just relax; this is the place. If you’re looking for a variety of restaurants, shops or walking then you need to find another place. The AC worked well, big screen TV was nice and the little kitchenette was all we needed. Plan ahead if you don’t have a car as there are no grocery stores in the area but the hotel restaurant was reasonable and delicious. Keep in mind, this is the BVI’s.

We had a fantastic time the Club Wyndham Elysian Beach Resort! Gorgeous views, lovely private beach, and friendly hotel staff. There are a couple of great restaurants on site, literally on the beach, as well as a pool and hot tub. We met lots of friendly folks so it’s definitely a great place for families. It’s just a few minute drive from Red Hook where you can find several excellent restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to St Thomas. The Elysian is next door to the Ritz- Carton which speaks to it’s location. Highly recommend!

Shamalie Rentals is pure perfection. The views stunning, the upscale accommodations are spotless and comfortable, and the host couldn’t be more lovely or helpful. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make my stay effortless and relaxing. Best of all, the most gorgeous beaches are just moments away—perfect for sunsets, swimming, or a peaceful stroll. Five stars all the way!

lovely little villa, so peaceful, very private, even the outdoor shower is very cool. This is a great area to stay, close proximity to Spanish town, or an easy 15-20 minutes to the north sound area. We enjoyed hanging at the beach right at the villa (steps to get down). the pool was small, but clean, the patio overlooked beautiful Nail Bay. We enjoyed leaving the patio open to hear the waves all night, very safe island as well! The host was very helpful, we were able to get groceries delivered right to our villa before we arrived, very helpful if you arrive in the dark. Virgin Gorda is a natural, lovely island!

Second time we stayed here, and our visit was just as enjoyable. Excellent response time and very friendly host. Loved the views and pool. Extremely quiet area, but close to everything.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was as described and K was an excellent host!! The pictures don’t do justice to the beautiful view of the place. Very private location, but it’s still close to everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better host! Highly recommended 10/10

Absolutely wonderful experience. Been to St. John several times and these accommodations were the best yet - will stay again! Amazing view of Cruz Bay, too. Marble floors, custom kitchen with plenty of utensils and whatnot for cooking, even a grill. The continental breakfast in the morning was a lifesaver and Cathy, the server was personal and very cheery. Maintenance had a malfunctioning AC unit fixed in just a few hours. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a luxury stay in St. John. We’ll be back next December!

There's not much to add as a review of Nick's wonderful home that hasn't been said already. We just spent 10 days there for the third year in a row, and this is our third review. Because of the 4 king bed rooms (two on each side of the center living area), his place can certainly accommodate four couples with plenty of privacy (our trips have been just my wife and myself), each bedroom and a number of outdoor dining and relaxing spots all having world class views of the Carribean from about 200 feet above the sea. Being right above a nice beach provides a constant sound of waves hitting the beach that adds to the ambience of the villa. The villa is well equipped (we cooked every meal there), clean and comfortable. Has WiFi and TV's for those who need or want Internet access and entetainment. Nick (the owner) and Jon and Jude (the on island management team) are terrific people and very accommodating. We hope to be back again to our personal favorite vacation spot on the planet.
