It was a lovely welcome. We couldn't find the location so Enzo picked us up from a parking lot. And that's not possible in English itself, but that was no problem at all. Mario is good in English. We were able to work it out together. Upon reception, Mario also had delicious bread, salami and wine for us. Of course, we were very happy about that. The accommodation is spacious enough but not very large. We were by car ourselves and this was the perfect location for us because we could explore a lot nearby. Also got an instruction with everything there was to do nearby. Super nice and we made good use of it. The neighborhood where you are staying is a picturesque cute little village.

The stay with Pietro was by far the highlight of our trip to Italy with five month old baby. He is super nice and left none of our wishes unfulfilled. He even provided us with a baby bath without being asked. The accommodation is wonderfully located and tastefully furnished. In autumn weather, we could sit comfortably by the fireplace and make small hikes right from the property. We will be happy to come back!

The house is really very beautiful and very comfortable, even more beautiful than in the pictures! The garden is beautiful, with different places to enjoy the scenery in a very quiet environment. It's a family home making it a charming and warm place. The place is central enough to discover Tuscany, close to Florence, the Chianti hills. You can also easily reach Siena, San Gemignano, Arezzo, even if you have to go a little bit of road anyway, but this is the case wherever you are in Tuscany. As for the access road to the house, it takes 1 km on a small road that can be driven but still quite uncomfortable depending on the type of car you need to avoid with a low car... And finally, a big thank you for the warm welcome and all the regional touches kindly offered. We absolutely recommend it!
