Monthly Rentals in Talpe Kanda

Kris fully deserves his 'superhost status'! He answered any texts, and questions extremely promptly, he was very helpful and we felt totally at home as soon as we walked into the apartment. He even helped us extend our visas!! The apartment is as described and pictured. We loved the balcony and even if the weather wasn't great, the balcony was a lovely place to sit. The apartment is full of lovely little touches, the lighting for us, was perfect, as were the fans and A/C. For us, the location was great, 2.5km walking to the tourist area. Plenty of small shops around and a supermarket 1.5kms distance. Kris is also a great cook!! For a very reasonable cost, we had 4 meals prepared by him and bought to our balcony - the food was as good, if not better, than some restaurants. He also has his own tuk tuk which was great!! I would absolutely recommend booking his apartment and I am verh much looking forward to returning next year. Thank you Kris and your lovely family

This place was so beautiful, we had the perfect stay. The owner Nuwan was lovely and extremely helpful, they also provided with a scooter which was so great for getting around. The Airbnb had two double beds, the one we stayed in was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A great stay and I would highly recommend for anyone coming to Sri Lanka.

Quite a pleasant and enjoyable stay. What stood out is Rohan's hospitality and the staff there (Aruna and his assistant) were absolutely wonderful. They were always ready to accomodate our preferences - be it food, self cooking or other concerns. We had no trouble getting the transportations arranged (although I felt the fares were a little on the higher side). I must say Aruna is a fabulous cook! Linens were replaced everyday. Cleanliness was spot on.

Beautiful villa very close to Unawatuna beach. Very good quality decor and bedding. The hosts were welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed our 3 night stay.
