Spacious and comfortable accommodation for 4 people, in a quiet and peaceful area. Very well-stocked kitchen with some breakfast snacks. Spacious rooms and clean bathroom, with shower and bathtub. Independent and easily adjustable heating. Possibility of parking a few meters from the property. Giuliano and his wife were very helpful and polite hosts, who take care to provide a comfortable stay for their guests

It was a very fast stay for a day but in the accommodation I found everything you could need, feeling almost at home. The cleanliness was excellent and also Maria Teresa's availability, if I had to go back to Cavezzo or nearby I would definitely come back

We're glad we chose Alain's apartment for the longest portion of our trip because it was homey and comfortable. The building was quiet, secure, clean and in a well lit, easy to find area with easy, ample parking. The apartment is well furnished and has an abundance of everything, with a great entirely private rooftop balcony, a well stocked kitchen for even big cooks - more kitchenware than you could ever need, appliances, spices and oils etc, dual bathrooms, and rare extras like a washing machine and split air conditioning in every room. Only two things of note are, access is up 2 flights of stairs, and the bed was very low, which can be challenging if you have bad knees like me. However, having nets on all windows is super appreciated in Italian beetle season, the apartment is truly built to live in with comfort, and the next door neighbours welcoming us and showing us around was the cherry on top. If you're driving, this is a great stay for exploring the Emilia-Romagna region.

The room was perfect for us and fulfilled all our needs. It was modern, clean and we appreciated having a secure parking space too.
