Socket apartment in newly built cottage completed in 2020. The cabin is 970 meters above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Skiing/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and hiking trail east behind the cabin. A great hiking trail into the silk valley. Short way to many fishing waters and nice bathing areas. The area is known for good ski conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country skiing, 18 lifts and 49 slopes. Common lift pass and ski bus between the hauls. Nice modern apartment of 50 m2 for rent. The apartment is located in the middle of the ski slope on the front row with a great view. The apartment is fully furnished. Bedroom 2. Bedroom 1: Double bed that sleeps 2. Bedroom 2: Booth that has been converted into a bedroom. Here there is a bunk bed and room for 2. Cramped and best suited for children/youth The couch in the living room is a sofa-bed. Can be used and used. On the terrace there are tables and benches, so the view can be enjoyed to the fullest.

HI My apartment is brilliant for families or skiing groups.In spring, summer and fall you can bike,hike,go rolling ski and fish in the area. Easy access to the Hovden Alpin senter, only 150 M away.There is also short distance to a Hovden Badeland (swimming pool) and shops.If you want a nice, cosy and easy stay in the mountains this is the place.I want to keep the price on a sensible level so you can enjoy Hovden and the surroundings without being skinned. NB! l do not provide bed linen/towels.

Short distance to the restaurant Røldalsterrassen. 8 minutes walk to the ski center. 10 minutes drive to Korlevoll Skistadion which has nice cross country skiing trails. Before you leave, clean up and wash up after yourself. You will also need to bring your own bedding. We love our space, and use it often. You're renting a “home,” not just a place to stay. En av de hytter som ligger närmast Gaustatoppen så för att vandra går du direkt från hytten ut på fjället. Ski in/out och ca 200 meter till längdspåren och vandringsleder. Giljastølens beste utsiktsplass. Mange varierte fjellturer. Fiske og bade muligheter. Ski inn ski out om vinteren med Gilja Alpin 250 meter fra hytte. Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten.
