Great location, within just a few minutes of shops, restaurants, and hiking. Also, the host is very responsive which was nice. I would absolutely stay here again when in Sedona!

Such a beautiful space. Great for a larger group. Everyone in our party had their own space to relax in. The pool and outdoor space was peaceful and usable. Would definitely stay again if back in Sedona!

The home was perfectly clean and comfortable. We used every aspect of the house (tvs, ac, pool, hot tub, grill) and everything worked perfectly and as advertised. definitely a 5 star home.

This home falls in one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed over the years. The views from the living room are breathtaking! The home is super clean, very well stocked and very spacious. We loved that though it’s in a private community and surrounded by homes, it’s nestled in a good spot that provides privacy. The place has lots of games, toys and other entertainment for kids which was great! A baby high chair, pack and play made things easy for us with our toddler, very thoughtful and accommodative by providing those amenities. Location is very convenient and has many restaurants, stores etc. close by. We loved our stay and would definitely come back here when we are out in Sedona next time. If I had one suggestion for the owners, I’d say add a small nespresso machine to make some espresso without having to take a drive out to the nearest coffee shop. enjoying a nice espresso early morning with that sunrise view from the living room, that would be perfect!

Halona House was perfect for our girls weekend with easy access to trails and groceries nearby. The living room was the star of the house and allowed us to spend our time together with an incredible view of the red rocks and enjoying each others company on the comfy couch. Everything was spotless and easy to use. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was the best Air BNB experience I have had. The description was spot on and the amenities were beyond what was described. Th vistas were stunning at all times of the day and night. The location was quiet and private but within 10 minutes of grocery store, etc. It was a comfortable 30 minute drive into Sedona. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and very comfortable. There were no complicated check-in or check-out instructions. Everything was very simple and straightforward. Nothing was broken as is so often the case. We would love to return sometime for a little longer stay as there is so much to see and do in the area!

The home was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Felt really safe! Views from all angles. Host was easy communicator. We loved hot tubbing after the hikes and lounging around watching movies. Everyone mentioned how lovely their bed was too ! Will definitely rebook if I’m in Sedona again.

Top rate stay! The location and views are terrific, and the place was as comfortable and well-appointed as we could have hoped. So many thoughtful touches, and a very responsive and helpful host who clearly cares about her guests' experience. Couldn't have been better!

Great house and location. We were very comfortable in the space. Beds were comfortable and beyond what we typically experience in an Airbnb. I particularly appreciated the Sedona travel tips that Taylor emailed us ahead of time. We liked being very close to some hiking trails that we could enjoy while kids napped. Kitchen was well stocked and very functional.

Truly a gem, exactly as pictured, and so many thoughtful details throughout that most airbnb’s skip out on. It felt like a home away from home with a stocked kitchen, cozy blankets and robes for lounging, and a space that’s welcoming and inviting. A quiet, tranquil space that made the perfect getaway. Great location! Walkable to downtown Sedona and some of the best restaurants in town (Elote Cafe, L’Auberge property + Cress on Oak Creek, and the main drag with shops and restaurants) and absolutely stunning 360 degree views. We rented the place with another couple and it was great to have the entire upper floor to ourselves, they had the entire bottom floor, and we could convene in the living space and kitchen on the middle floor. The house is in a neighborhood but the balconies and living spaces felt very private because of the layout (including the hot tub and porches). We loved it and would stay here again!

Nice little house, comfortable for a group of four. Super location, near trails for hiking, walkable to shops, brewery and restaurants. Centrally located for easy exploring to nearby communities in all directions~ allowing for day tripping to Sunset Crater, Wuptaki Ruins, Flagstaff, Williams, Jerome and Montezuma Castle.

Wonderfully cozy and charming spot! Easy to find and follow all of the hosts instructions. Would definitely return here, especially with the awesome hiking trails out the back gate.

IKt truly was a phenomenal stay. It was described perfectly. I truly felt like I just traveled back in time. It was great to be there with out children to explain to them "old school". I would highly recommend, after check in, go to watch the movie about the history of Jerome. It most definitely adds to the experience. Can't wait to go back next year.

Lovely home. Beds were comfy, nice linens and thirsty towels. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the snacks and water provided was a nice touch. Paul had lots of suggestions for the area. Enjoyed the patio fire table since weather was cool for our stay. We would highly recommend this place. Cottonwood is centrally located for Sedona and Jerome too! We would stay again if we were in this area again. Thanks Paul and Larisa!!

I had a wonderful time staying at MJ’s place. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were responsive. It was very clean, and there were a lot of personal touches that went a long way - you could tell they cared about their guests. If I am ever in the area again, I will be choosing their place. A great stay!!

The place was exactly as stated. Extremely clean. Great large fenced yard. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you’d need. Close to hiking, stores and restaurants. Rascal’s was very nice upscale restaurant. Food was very good. The jacuzzi was awesome. Great to come home to after a 6 mile hike! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as pictured. The deck was wonderful. Close to downtown but far enough away from the bustle. Beds were comfy and lots of space to unpack. We did not use the apartment so I cant say anything on that end. Property had all the amenities that we needed to cook and hang out after the sun set (smart tv, books to read, etc)

Thank you Kirsten! Your home did not disappoint. Walkable to the beatiful Verde river. Comfy beds with nice dark curtains to sleep in. Perfect for anyone looking for some nature and unique shops. Don't forget Jerome! It's not all about Sedona fellow travelers! I've never done old down town Cottonwood before. Enjoyed the friendly people and variety of food, botiques and shops! We will stay longer next time. Didn't get to do it all. It was the perfect escape for us. 💜
