Cottage vacation rentals in Sedona

My family and I stayed in the gorgeous cabin for Easter. We had a TON of unexpected snow and it was beautiful! Sitting in the spotless hot tub surrounded by snow is *chefs kiss*. Carissa was a fantastic host; super proactive/communicative and provides everything you could need for a weekend away in the pines! The game room phenomenal and came in clutch while being snowed in. We will definitely be staying here again, with one of our kiddos on the way to NAU! ❤️❄️

I would recommend this home for everyone if you’d love a beautiful getaway. Walking distance to some nice trails and very peaceful and quiet.

Wendy's Airbnb was a great little place to stay in Prescott. Hot tub was absolutely awesome. We will be back again!

Cabin was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. For a cabin, it was spacious and the furniture complimented the space very well. The only issue, that wasn’t really an issue per se was that the upstairs sleeping area was a little warm despite having two AC units in the cabin. However, it was not so warm that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. As far as the amenities/activities made available to the guests were great. There’s things for kids and adults to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoy our stay, the house is super spacious, we had everything that we needed there, we arrived during a winter storm and the moment we stepped into the house it was warm and cozy, it has some nice features like the playroom, hot tub, the living room drapes open by remote, you have a lot of outdoor space, lots of board games also, the kitchen it’s fully equipped, and everything was really clean, and it’s just 4 min away from the shuttle to Snowbowl.

We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

Verde ranch was perfect for our AZ/Sedona vacation. it was 20-40 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. staff and other guests were very friendly and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

We had the perfect stay! The house was comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We spent evenings around the fire pit out front. There was easy parking for our Sprinter van and we loved how dog friendly the place was. Anna was a great host and we would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at this location. The window looking out to the trees was an incredible place to sit and watch the snow and birds and we couldn't believe how peaceful the environment was. The kids spent most of the time in the loft which had all the fun toys and games to keep them entertained. We went to Snowbowl and Williams as a day trip and both were easily accessible from the cabin. Everything was very clean and looked just as I expected from the pictures. The host was communicative and responsive and provided everything needed (including snacks!!) for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the cabin!

From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—our host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable—exactly what we were hoping for during our time in such a beautiful place. Every little detail was thought through, and it really felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem if you're visiting Sedona!

The Quail Cottage was the perfect location for the various areas we planned to visit. This is a well-styled, incredibly clean space that is cozy and had everything we needed. We especially loved the game room!

The location in Cottonwood was perfect with easy access to Jerome, which is certainly worth a visit and to Sedona. It afforded us the privacy and serenity we were looking for on this trip. The home was immaculate and clean when we arrived. We had been given explicit directions on how to get there and our arrival and easy entry went without incident. The house provided everything we needed for us and our two tiny Yorkies . Would definitely stay here again if we come back through the area.

SOTH is an absolutely stunning find. It's just 10' from Sedona, far enough off the highway to be convenient, but sooo quiet. The grounds are stunning. The river noise is lovely. The trails and views are stunning. This is a beautiful, peaceful stay. My kids and I had the best time exploring and then chilling on our porch and in the living room when indoors. We also took short trips to go horseback riding and mountain biking. Everything is right here! Yet, you've escaped the hustle and bustle and crowds.

This house was a lovely base camp for exploring downtown Flagstaff and the surrounding area. It's just a few blocks from downtown Flagstaff which we walked to every day to enjoy its restaurants, shops, and the Flagstaff Mountain Film Festival. The house itself is cozy with lots of spaces to hang out and is well stocked with kitchen equipment, blankets, games, books, etc. It's in a quiet neighborhood with great outdoor spaces and trees.

My daughter and I stayed at Maryellen's cottage for two nights. We were sorry to leave! It was a perfect home-base for the Grand Canyon and other things we wanted to see in the area. It was great to be walking distance to Williams. We fell in love with that little town! I've stayed at many Airbnb's, and this one was more stocked than any I have ever been in! She thought of everything!!! And we really appreciated all the breakfast items and drinks (and pasta, snacks, etc...) it definitely saved us some money! The beds were comfy, too! We had a great stay. I was a bit surprised to find that the home was located in a mobile & manufactured home park, but it really ended up being such a great location. So close to a great many trails and right next to the creek and also very quiet and peaceful. We would rent here again!

Denise’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and well equipped (even had detergent and dryer sheets for the washer/dryer). Clarksdale and Cottonwood were great small towns, and they offered a very relaxing setting as we finished our adventurous days in the surrounding area. If I’m ever in this region again, Denise’s place will be my first choice.

This beautiful guesthouse in Sedona is one of our favourite places we have ever stayed! It is super quiet and peaceful, and the views are incredible. We really enjoyed the comfortable bed, nice shower, and full kitchen for making snacks before going on hikes. It is very central and easy to get around Sedona from there, and the best part for us was being within walking distance to beautiful hiking trails that we took full advantage of. It was also super nice at the end of a long day to unwind on the couch and watch Netflix, then go out again when the stars came out and enjoy the dark sky community. This is really one of our favourite stays ever, and Leisa goes above and beyond in messaging/communication and was ready to help answer any questions we had and provided recommendations. We would be truly happy to stay here again on our next visit to Sedona!

Our stay at Lisa’s was amazing, a highlight of our road trip! It’s small and cozy, very clean, and has everything you could need. It’s a little outside of Sedona center but still nicely located. And wow, as you drive up to the property you realize you’re staying near the base of a gorgeous mountain. The private trail that leads toward the mountain is such a treat - you can wander as far as you want. All you can hear is birds and quiet, so peaceful and tranquil. And then, the javelinas…they showed up in the morning and in the evening - 12 or more of them. So cute, so much fun. A great place to be in nature, watch wildlife, relax and explore. This place is a hidden gem!

We loved our stay in Eric’s place. The cottage is so peaceful and we loved the outside space to enjoy breakfast outside listening to the birds. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom was high spec. Everything had been completed to a high standard and we enjoyed relaxing in the cottage of an evening. Kitchen had everything we needed for prepping breakfast and lunch. Would recommend for any stay in Sedona, worth the money.
