Bursting with color & fun, I hope you find my little home both energizing & relaxing. A fully fenced yard provides space to play and relax, plus a hot tub! Spend leisurely evenings watching the sunset from the porch, luxuriate in slow mornings wrapped in the coziness of the bedroom. Close enough to the city but far enough to offer peace & quiet, it's a great home base from which to explore everything the Seattle area has to offer - from West Seattle's great restaurants to the wilderness beyond.

Relax and unwind in this cozy first-floor unit with private entrance, patio and hot tub. Our indoor space has three separate rooms: lovely bedroom with comfy queen bed and closet with dresser, full bathroom with rain shower and tub, and living room with large TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea makers. (Note: we do not have a full kitchenette.) The living room sofa unfolds into a double bed. We live upstairs with our elementary schooler, so you’ll hear signs of life occasionally.

Beautiful Tiny house cottage with a covered porch and hot tub in a country setting just three minutes to downtown Snohomish. The kitchen is definitely the focal point to the interior. It is open and bright with all your kitchen needs. Complimentary coffee and popcorn included. When you step outside you are treated to views of hot air balloons in the morning and sky divers throughout the day when the sky is clear. Enjoy the covered porch with comfortable patio furniture and a relaxing hot tub.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

You can also walk or run the lake (2.8 miles around), rent kayaks or paddle boards, or just play in the water. Close to the University of Washington and only a few minutes from downtown.
