Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Seattle

Excellent stay, everything we needed, and very comfortable. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Would stay here again!

We had family in town to help our mom move and this place was a great spot. We had room for everyone to hang out at night and our kids could play in the backyard with all the room out there. We made dinner in every night and saved a ton of money by not eating out. The beds were comfortable and the showers had hot water and great pressure! It was everything we could have asked for.

We have stayed at Lea’s many times. It is a perfect location for us. The space is wonderful, location, cleanliness, and the views are amazing! Lea is always so kind and ready to help out if we need anything.

We stayed here for four months with our toddlers, and it was an excellent experience. From day one, Allen and his team were incredible — super responsive, friendly, and always just a message away whenever we needed anything. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure their guests feel at home. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly — perfect for our little ones. We also loved how close it was to parks, groceries, and all the essentials. It’s rare to find a place that not only checks all the boxes but also comes with such thoughtful and supportive hosts. Huge thanks to Allen and his team for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone — especially families!

This property was spacious, well-supplied and comfortable. It was conveniently located toward the south end of the island. It has a nice view of the harbor and, on a clear day, of Mt Rainier. We were able to host a family dinner there with an actual dining area and large table. Jeanne even supplied jigsaw puzzles when she learned that I liked working on puzzles! She was also very helpful in sharing information on where to hike. We also enjoyed perusing the numerous books on the shelves there. Jeanne couldn't have been a nicer host!

Beautiful home and furnishings. It felt luxurious and worth it to be away from home for the holidays. There was a lot of attention to detail with both the home itself as well as all the amenities provided. The communication was superb and very proactive. We’re so happy we got a chance to be here!

Lovely and peaceful place, beautiful scenery and it was the perfect option to experience the outskirts of Seattle. We celebrated a holiday there and I love how the kitchen is will prepared with everything. Clean and neat place and I would definitely recommend!

Excellent place to stay!! Super walkable to upper Queen Anne where there’s great restaurants and shops and a quick and cheap Uber ride to climate pledge where our concert was taking place. The place had everything you needed and was super clean. Also tons of street parking so that was never an issue being too far from our car. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place, just as described. The area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and places to visit. The host was very responsive, overall a fantastic experience.

We loved our stay here! From the beautiful backyard setting complete with a very well kept hot tub and putting green to the chef kitchen with a very clean BBQ grill. The bedrooms were so comfortable each with their own TV’s. The master bedroom was huge with a patio and a jetted tub. Each room also had air conditioners which was great when it was hot outside. We loved our stay and hope to come back when we are in the area.

Very nice and spacious units for a good price and hard to beat something like this. That said I’d strongly recommend it. It’s like having your own home and hope that we will be back for a future visit. Everybody’s nice kind and responsive as well. Two thumbs up way up!

This is the second time we have stayed with Allen at this location and both stays were excellent. Allen and his team were very responsive to our needs. We arrived before our check in time. A quick phone call later, we had a temporary key code and were able to check in. We also needed to extend our stay, and Allen was able to accommodate our change in plans. The suites are well maintained and very clean. Casa Blanca is in a quiet neighborhood and the orientation of the suites make it very private (especially the second-floor suites). The building is adjacent to a busy road so there is some traffic noise. The kitchen, laundry and bath had all necessities for our week-long stay without having to stock up on supplies, so it was a great value. There are a number of restaurants, fast food outlets, and a brewery in walking distance.

We had a great stay at Allen's place. It was very easy to get to and we were met by someone upon arrival that let us into the building and apartment and explained everything to us. Very helpful! Nice gym, pool, dry sauna and amenities. Cupboards were stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, tea, etc. Location was very walkable. Overall, we recommend staying at Allen's place! Thank you.

This is a really nice corner apartment, overlooking the city center from the 12th floor. I also liked the rooftop decks, fun to watch the sunet from there.

I brought my parents out to Seattle for a mini spring break vacation. They loved the place, location and how safe it was to get in and out of the building. Clear instructions and super convenient location to almost everything. 100% would rent again.

Emma was a great host! She was always quick to respond with any questions and very proactive. The space is lovely, lots of natural lighting, cozy, and clean with the right amount of kitchen tools. The location was also perfect! Lots to within a 10 minute walk and the amenities were perfect. Thank you for allowing my friend and I to stay with our two fur babies. All 4 of us had a great time!
