Monthly Rentals in Scata

I stayed in this studio for 5 weeks!! It was perfect, it had everything you needed in the apartment. Regarding the place, it is close to many shops, such as supermarkets, bakeries, Corsican grocery stores, and also close to Bastia. I recommend it:)

A very quiet getaway, felt private and spacious. The stairs to the second floor (bedrooms) require good mobility. The host is responsive and thinks along, even supplied a child bed on own initiative, we felt taken care of. We will memorise the forests full of chestnuts that one can grill outside the house on a bbq, the beautiful star night skies, natural pools and waterfalls close by and the breakfasts in the morning sun on the balcony. Thank you so much for sharing this great place at a affordable price!

Beautiful gem on a hillside village town with spectacular views! The house was very well equipped with everything a family would need for a relaxing getaway. The pool and outdoor areas were by far the highlight and while it was very quiet and peaceful, you’re not too far from beaches and amenities in nearby towns. Sammy’s mother was a very gracious host and waiting for us on arrival to give us a tour and walk through of the house. The local honey gift was such a nice gesture! There was an emphasis placed on the inventory of the house and many rules explicitly stated prior to our arrival which I can understand from a host perspective, however, it did give me a little anxiety that if something was slightly different after our stay or an issue happened to arise (with the heating system or an appliance for example) we might be held responsible even if it was out of our control. Regardless, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to any families visiting this area of Corsica!

I just had a wonderful vacation at Martine's apartment, I loved the super quiet location even in the middle of August, either from her house or from her beach and surroundings. The apartment is super clean and equipped with everything, renewed and functional, everything in order and practical. Even if near the pool you don't hear any noise there and you sleep really well. The beach is beautiful, a little corner not too well known and we could feel really free and happy for its calm and space. Thanks also to Nathalie and Bruno who welcomed us as friends, super available for everything. We even visited the South (a little far to do in a day in August for the traffic of the streets) and the North and West but here it was the most comfortable place for the calm and tranquility that we found nowhere. If we return to Corsica we will surely want to come back here, where my son even left his heart to a small cat of the residence. Again, thank you for your availability, everything was perfect and unforgettable.❤
