Erik and Roberta were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and were very efficient in accomplishing things we asked for. The pool was great. We saw some manatees and crocodiles in the canal and caught a few fish. Great hosts and a very relaxing 7 week stay.

We absolutely loved this place! Lovely kitchen and great open floor plan. Quiet neighborhood. As comfortable as being at home! We will definitely book again next time we’re down in FLA

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

Paulina’s house was beautiful and the pictures showed the house exactly as it was. The house was very clean and had all of the necessities. There were plenty of games and activities for down time and the heated pool was very nice. Paulina was very attentive if we ever needed anything. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to the beach. Everything needed for the beach in garage. The pool was clean, relaxing, and felt like a private oasis after a day in the sun. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. Very comfortable beds! Had everything in the house needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

We were here for a fourteen person bachelorette party and had a great time. Rivkah is very communicative. The house had enough regular and beach towels for us all and plenty of space for us all to hang out. We did have to pay extra for early check in, but were able to get into the house two hours early. Would reccomend this place for large groups

Fabulous location…pathway leads right to the beach. Lovely and quiet house well manicured and comfortable. Great new appliances in the basic kitchen. Looking forward to returning!!

The villa is just as advertised very comfortable very close to anything you are planning to do in the area. I also was able to contact Robert a couple of times for a few things that I need to ask about and he was very quick in responding to me. I will definitely book with Robert again and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Robert we had a great time.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

Wonderful place for a stay in Sarasota - close to St Armands Circle, downtown, bayfront, beaches. This was a great place for the 6 of us. Property has great heated, salt water pool, nice game room, well appointed kitchen with great coffee station. This house is perfect for a long weekend or long-term stay. Our family reunion was a great success because the home was welcoming and had ample space with everything we needed and more - our final night we made s'moors over the gas fire pit - simply perfect. Thank you Paula and Roberto!

This was our second stay at this house. Just like the first time we really enjoyed our stay. The area is a great location and has lots of amenities. The home is very peaceful, clean and modern.

We had a wonderful stay! Graham was an excellent host, and everything was perfect during our 5 night stay. The pool is gorgeous, warm, and has a beautiful backdrop of the golf course. We loved watching the sun rise there every morning. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

This was one of the BEST air b&b’s I have stayed at in Sarasota so far!! Aside from the beautiful weather Inas home was very clean, and had all the amenities needed!! The pictures look exactly like what her home has to offer. She was very responsive and kind. We asked for the pool heated for the extra daily charge and she did it immediately! Very close and convenient to all grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. About a 10 minute ride to beautiful siesta key beach. I give 10 Stars !!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Ina for hosting us and we hope to be back soon !!!! For the next guests enjoy!!

We came down from Maine with another couple to get some sunshine and see the Bruins and Red Sox. 😁 Great location and and roomy enough for the 4 of us. Julia was very responsive with any questions. We would stay again.

Had a great time with family at a beautiful spacious 4 br home. Loved the pool and bonus space outside by the canal with seating. Fished and used kayak. Very relaxing for whole family!
