This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

This is an absolutely wonderful beach home to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Randy was very responsive when we had questions and very friendly. Great host! I recommend Randy’s beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay.

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

Dear Jeff Thanks for hosting us. Even though the hurrican helene hit this area so hard, you made us feel safe and at home! We enjoyed the lonely beach walks and collecting sea shells. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly. Especially Matt and Peppy. They were always there for a nice chat or a helping hand (our car ran out of battery). We enjoyed every second of our stay! We had an incredible stay at The Sand Dollar Beach House! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities that we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal, just a very short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants with live music and good food. The only time we needed to drive was for a quick grocery run! Chris and Kalyn were fantastic hosts. Very responsive and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the pool, the balcony, and the well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The pros were being able to walk to the beach through private gate access, anything we needed for the beach was provided including toys for kids, home had all the necessities, and the kids enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the beach. A few cons would be because there is a lot of construction going on down this road (including the bottom units) we could hear work trucks in the mornings which disrupted any plans to sleep in, the bed in the primary room also had dips in it, and one of two dryers on-site did not work so when we started 2 different wash loads we had to wait for one load to finish before drying the other (not a huge deal but it was unexpected, could also cause an issue if there were other units trying to wash/dry at the same time). Overall the place is as described and our family was comfortable. I’d recommend this place to others.

We had an amazing vacation! Perfect location and great amenities. Our daughter had a blast in the pool. Sunsets were perfect. Waking up to the view of the water every morning was beautiful

Our multigenerational family of 6 had a wonderful stay here! There was plenty of space to spread out inside the home and also to gather for meals, movies, and games. The pool and backyard were amazing—we enjoyed swimming every day! The location was also ideal. We walked to the beach multiple times every day. Plus we were close to restaurants and shops while also being tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood. Thanks for a memorable week!

Our family had a blast at this place! The proximity to the beach and the pool is incredible. The full size kitchen allowed us to eat in as much as we wanted, but we also enjoyed some dock side restaurants for dinners. It was a relaxing break for our family. Heidi was an awesome host and made sure that we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond with her responsiveness. We highly recommend this location and this host!

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

John was a great host. He answered all of my questions before and during our trip in a timely manner. The place was cozy and comfortable. It was really quiet and great for sleeping. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and absolutely loved sitting outside in our private patio whether enjoying morning coffee or a nice glass of wine before dinner. There was a lot to do within walking distance (beach of course!, park, local shops and restaurants) or a quick drive away. We took advantage of many of John's recommendations. Longboat key is a special place and we'd certainly love to return some day. Thank you!

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

Great location on the bay with a quick walk to the beach. House is very spacious and comfortable. We loved everything about it. The host, Kathy, was very responsive and made the whole process easy. Can’t wait to come back
