Condo vacation rentals in Sarasota

Our family of four drove down from Connecticut and this place was so beautiful and relaxing after a 22 hour drive. It was exquisitely decorated and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host called us as soon as we arrived to make sure we were satisfied with the place and to give us some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It is perfectly situated just minutes from the beach, walking distance to several restaurants, drugstores, a Publix, and the pool was just steps from the door. I highly recommend for any family looking for a beach getaway to make amazing memories.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at hundred of Airbnb's and VRBO's. Monica's place is head and ahoulders above . . I also was at Monica's place for approximately one month so I was able to get a better assessment of the property , the area and it amenities as opposed to someone who just stays a weekend .Monica's place exceeded expectations on all points. Her home was spotlessly clean., including kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Bed was super comfortable as was the bedding, and there was extra bedding and many fluffy towels, not to mention other thoughtful touches that she'd provided . There was starter coffee, water and other things just to get your first morning going . Having the front door lock with a combination instead of having to switch for a key was great as well ! The balcony right outside her living room was the place to be for morning coffee or for an afternoon glass of wine watching the sunset . All in all it was a perfect day and I plan to be back soon. !!

Zoya’s place at the Sea Shell was great! We arrived a little early and she helped us check in a little early. Our vehicles didn’t fit in the designated parking spot so she helped us navigate those waters and helped with parking passes. Overall, it was a very clean, convenient location with direct access to the beach. I would happily stay again. Thanks Zoya and Alex!

Despite the fact that the condo building is still recovering from Hurricane Helene (the elevator and pool needed repairs and was not available to us); we still had a wonderful vacation at Samuel's condo! Large and spacious place, very clean, all the comforts of home. The location was perfect...the beach was steps away; restaurants and stores- a short drive. We absolutely loved our stay!

As described and as pictured! A perfect place to stay right in the heart of the village. We also booked last minute due to another Airbnb last minute cancellation and Scott sent the info right away!

This was our second spring break at Ocean Club and already booked our third trip. It’s a great place for families.

Sitting on the back patio was our favorite spot to relax. It was fun to watch the boats and we even seen dolphins come up in there. It was a great location to walk to the beach and to the pier. Great little spot to get away and enjoy. I would for sure go back.

We had a great stay. This place is so walkable to the beach,johns pass, and more. Has beach chairs and towels. Just the basics for everything else.(salt pepper shampoo, tp you get it.) The place is very nice . Lots of room!!

The space was very cozy and clean, perfect for our one night stay in St. Petersburg. Quiet area, and very close to downtown. Sandra was very helpful with instructions and very friendly, thank you again for having us!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Alison’s place. We are very familiar with St Pete and we’re in town to visit family, and can honestly say it is the perfect location. Our only complaint is the strands of hair that we found throughout the rental, but everything else was perfect! We will definitely book another stay! In fact, we’re checking our schedules as we speak as this is the ONLY place we’ve found (hotels included) that offers amazing amenities, great location, and an even better price! Oh, how we miss the days when St Pete was a hidden gem and everything was affordable! If you are interested in booking, don’t hesitate and book now!

We loved our stay at this condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular of the water. The condo was just the right size for us and very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. We had all we needed for our 4 day stay. Hannah was super responsive to messages and gave us recommendations on several eateries which were wonderful. We loved that Doc Ford’s restaurant was right next door and walkable. We loved the pool and hot tub along with plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables. We appreciated that they supplied beach towels too. The neighbors at the condo were all very friendly as well. The location is on a busy street so you can’t walk elsewhere (except Doc’s) and it’s a little tricky to turn out left (toward the beach). But this traffic did not diminish our stay-just informing here. It’s a short drive to Johns Pass-our favorite beach spot. Overall, a great stay and we would be very happy to return here.

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

Sandra's Place was EVERYTHING thats in the posting. She has everything there for you in case u missed something while packing. The place feels like its urs, furnished well, felt like home. Thanks Sandra

We were pleasantly surprised by Nicole’s apartment. It was extremely clean, lots of towels, linen, well appointed kitchen and everything else needed to make it like home. We didn’t need to buy or bring anything for the beach because we had beach chairs and an umbrella which were in really great shape. The apartment is within a short driving distance to beaches, stores, restaurants and shop. We had a great time and felt right at home. We highly recommend her place to anyone vacationing in the area.

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

This place was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to match the beach aesthetic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! I loved that the place had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), every kitchen utensil and cooking dish you could think of. (We travelled with a teen, a 6 year old and a 10 month old for a week so we cooked a lot.) There was plenty of bedding to use (we enjoyed being able to bring the kids out to the living room and use the pull out sofa for a family movie/game night). There were board games there to use and the biggest plus was the owner was nice enough to allow us to use the accessories he had for the beach at no additional charge. (Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats). WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Communication was seamless! Told my spouse I couldn’t wait to go back again. Russell and Cindy were incredible to work with. Highly recommend!

This condo was even cuter in person than it was in the photos. It was super clean, safe, spacious, had a gorgeous screened in balcony that looked out over the pool, and was centrally located really close to groceries, restaurants, multiple beaches, and more. We stayed here as a family of 4 and the kids had their own room and bathroom and we had a master with en suite. I saw another review that said there is a little noise from the busy road outside but you really only notice it if you're trying to sleep with the windows open. We originally booked a hotel that ended up being awful so I found this place last minute and they were able to get us in the very next morning. They let us check in early since we were kind of stranded, and walking in was like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this place for 2-4 people!

Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet location and convenient to everything

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

Absolutely beautiful home close to everything. Privacy was the key and home had everything and more! The most important was the communication and the host nailed it! I will definitely be back!
