Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan

Great location. Close to everything! Uber's were easy to get and fairly cheap to get to known places in San Juan. The condo is well air conditioned and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the water ran warm. The kitchen is fully stocked. Check in was a negative experience. I did not have the chance to communicate with Daniel directly, but the interaction with his staff felt unfriendly and unnecessarily aggressive. Being told "Excuse me" via text in a manner I perceived as rude was off-putting and out of the norm for me.While I understand there are policies in place, I felt it was inconsiderate to require payment at the exact moment of my arrival, especially after a long journey. I was under the impression that the small payment could be made within 72 hours, as indicated in the request. Having to put my belongings down outside to address this in an unfamiliar location felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Otherwise, a great place to unwind and enjoy what San Juan as to offer!

My family of 4 stayed here for an entire week and we loved it, it was everything we needed. Alfredo was a great host and gave very clear instructions for check in/check out. The location of this place is near a lot of fantastic places to get food. The building felt very secure and the staff was friendly. Not to mention, THE VIEW! We hope to stay at Alfredo’s again next year!

Perfect location in Condado. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, 24/7 pharmacy, coffee shop, all within 2 blocks. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is a bit limited, there's no oven and not a ton of things to cook with but it's manageable. I would definitely stay again.

10 out of 10 recommend booking this Airbnb for your next trip to Puerto Rico. I was always the type to book hotels, especially in the San Juan area, but staying in Condado is literally perfect. If you are someone who likes to walk around, have access to stores, beach, and restaurants literally right downstairs…This is the perfect location for you. The view from the Airbnb is impeccable And you don’t need to book a hotel on the beach to get the view of the ocean because it is perfect. I will definitely be rebooking this unit again soon, I wish I could’ve stayed longer because I truly enjoyed it so much. Everything was perfect and clean and the staff in the building were extremely helpful and friendly. If you are from the US, you will feel right at home as there are many people from the states both living and staying in the building. However, if you are from the island like myself, you will also feel right at home in this space. Thank you, Jennifer for being such a great host.

We are very happy with our stay! Everything that we needed was there. Rafael was very quick in responding to any questions and very accommodating. The apartment has a beautiful view and we loved having coffee and breakfast looking at the ocean. We would love to return!

I stayed for a week during a work trip, so chose the location based on proximity to a conference venue. Ubers are plentiful. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The view is spectacular!!!! Yes, the AC units are loud when they cycle on but you get used to it. I loved the well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and many other nice touches provided. The beach is within a 10 minute walk and everything you need is provided. Looking for another excuse to visit PR again so I can stay in this apartment.

Best place to stay while on vacation. Walking distance to all good restaurants, hair salon, next to the beach, very safe, a lot to do in this area, and if you don’t rent a car, then take public transportation because IT IS FREE and the bus stop is right in front of the condo! There is beach chairs and towels for the beach in the apartment so that was a plus 😃 Easy check in and out, and the staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Ocean view, best place to stay and I will definitely come back, the food is great in every restaurant, we stayed for 10 days. Just the best!

Great stay with easy access to beach, Old town, restaurants, etc. Lovely building with 24/7 door staff, who were all very friendly. Highly recommend this stay, everything as advertised. Even parking and a gym (I didn't use, but great to have).

Angel’s place was clean, large, and a great location to be able to walk to beach, scenic walkways and things to do. Amenities were great including washer and dryer, Filtered water from refrigerator, extra towels and linens. There were 2 A/C units, The bedroom A/C was very loud when turning on and off as others had mentioned. Angel did have a floor fan we used at night instead of the A/C in the bedroom. He also provided a large bag of ice and a case of bottled water when we arrived, something we have never experienced in any other Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay again, thank you Angel!

Very Comfortable! Six of us mature travelers stayed in this 3 bedroom unit and all loved the comfy beds, pillows and room to spread out. This condo was very well equipped with everything we could need from a well stocked kitchen to ample beach amenities. This is my 6th Airbnb experience in PR and this unit has the best water pressure as well as hot water, updated kitchen and baths and washer and dryer!!. We loved being able to open the sliders bringing the outdoors in. My favorite place for breakfast was Simple food only a 5 min walk, great food and mimosas. Security and gated property made us all feel super safe. Frank was very accessible and helpful. We loved being able to walk the beach to the left with a really cool nature pathway that leads to the beach in town with coves to enjoy the ocean views. Walking to the right on the beach was super private as there is nothing built on that side leaving pure ocean and nature to enjoy. Highly recommend this unit.

First time in PR and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. They have all the amenities in the apt, sunscreen, beach chair, beach bag. It was perfect. Clean and cozy place to stay. Felt safe all the time. Walking distance to the beach and “La Placita”. I would definitely recommend. Hosts are responsive and would definitely recommend to anyone that comes to San Juan.

Javier was a great host and has a great property. He was straight forward with what was expected, what the property was like, and how to best enjoy it. If we go back to Puerto Rico, I hope Javier’s place is available again. It was a great home base for us to hike in El Yunque and enjoy many nearby beaches. It was close enough to San Juan to enjoy that city too.

Loved the location. we did not have a car so it was nice to be in a happening neighborhood. I especially loved the very quick walk to the beach. We booked a tour for El Yunque and could walk to the pick up spot. Thanks for the coffee and decaf! Nice to have a cup before starting the days adventures. I really appreciated Josem’s quick replies to my questions.

Ron place was beautiful,nice view , people in the front desk are very nice and friendly. parking was a challenge but if you are staying around the area uber is the best option.

We had a nice stay at the condo. It is a nice place with everything you need, good location and we were able to walk and see all of old town by foot, was more affordable and offered easy parking options compared to places in old town, and finally the views from the condo were excellent! Awesome stay wish we could’ve stood longer. Had a small issue with the light but was easy to fix after the quick response from our host. My daughters loved the play area in the garage and took full advantage of the pool. There is a corner store that is walkable distance as well as a coffee shop and gas station. Was already trying to go back again before we left for the weekend but was already taken.

Very clean and quiet Airbnb, easy and clear instructions on how to get in. The home comes equipped with lots of amenities for a comfortable stay such as a washer and dryer and a generator. I would highly suggest staying here for a PR 🇵🇷 trip and would definitely stay again next time.

Great place to stay away from the day to day routines.

Great house to host large groups! Plenty of space and amenities for our large family within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, and activities but outside the noisy avenues for a great night's sleep. The garden was an especially nice retreat within the old city walls.

It was an amazing stay, real quiet beautiful environment. Felt right at home beautiful kitchen, comfy rooms and living room. Also had board games to play whenever we were just chilling at the house. I’d give my stay a 10/10

We had an absolute fantastic time staying at Atlantic Dream. Communication was smooth, and we were provided detailed check in instructions and house rules. The community is very quiet, the home immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, surrounded by beaches and restaurants, as well as quick access to freeways. Our experience was nothing short of amazing, we will be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny's home. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from the San Juan airport. The pool was a highlight of our trip for the kids and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We did encounter a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but it was handled promptly. Jenny was incredibly responsive and addressed it immediately, ensuring it didn't disrupt our experience. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from pots and pans to cooking utensils. It made dining in so convenient when we wanted a quiet night at home. During our stay, we visited Old San Juan, El Yunique and luquillo beach. Overall the home is a great spot for a relaxing get away for our group of three families with four kids.
