The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Perfect house, high quality, perfect quiet area, beautiful surroundings. Very nice pool, close to a town for groceries. And I would highly recommend to book the cook!

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

We felt like at home right away! The garden was a paradise for our dog and the tranquility of the place.. a paradise for us! The villa is equipped with every comfort and surrounded by nature despite being easily accessible from the main road, which however does not give any disturbance given the short passage of a car. Friendly and readily available host for our every need. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

The house is exactly as pictured and described. Spacious, very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a stress-free stay. The area is quiet and close to everything, perfect for both relaxing and as a starting point to explore the surroundings. Diana was very kind, always available and flexible with schedules according to our needs. Highly recommended! :)

A really nice place to stay! The experience was complete in every aspect, thanks also to the kindness and availability of Mrs. Maria Rosa, always present for every need. The traditional house is cozy and has all the necessary amenities to feel at home. Rastignano is a quiet small town, but well connected to Bologna and the surrounding areas, perfect for those looking for some relaxation without giving up the convenience of getting around and the proximity of a large city.

I had a great, great time at Katia's beautiful apartment. Even though it's not at the city center, it is still not difficult to find since the tran station is 30 seconds on foot away from the apartment. The buses are also around the corner, so it was really a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend her place if you are looking for something convenient and don't mind not being directly by the old town. Katia is a super friendly person and she always responded very quickly to my further questions!

My partner and I stayed in Stefania's apartment on the weekend from April 4th to 7th. The house is impeccable in every order, cleanliness and cared for with personality, the check-in instructions are very clear and the location of the comfortable house a stone's throw from the main square of Lugo. Stefania is very kind, helpful and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying with you for those looking for a quiet weekend.

The host is very welcoming. We need the detergent. The heater stopped at night. It was handled the next day.

Michele was so very accommodating and hospitable to us even though it was a very last minute request. He was very understanding to our situation and went out of his way to let us stay at his place. Everything was absolutely 5 stars. Thanks Michele.

We had a wonderful peaceful week at this lovely country house. Giacomo and Julia are lovely hosts, helping us with all our queries and needs, also recommendation for restaurants in the area. It's only 5 minutes drive from Calindero, supermarkets and so. and about 20 min from Bologna. It was a perfect place to stay outside the city and still be close enough. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

We went to Lugo for back surgery. The house was an integral part of the success of the trip. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern and equipped with all comforts. The heating is very efficient and the radiators offer a uniform and pleasant warmth. The bathrooms are both spacious and tastefully furnished. The double rooms are spacious and both have a TV and a closet. The laundry room was very convenient for us since we stayed for a week. Common areas are also comfortable and make a difference from a place to stay in a hotel or in the room of a b&b. On the street, which is really quiet and very close to everything, there is always parking right in front of the entrance. The owners, special people, were available at yet another power. They treated us with great warmth and as if we were family. An attention that few today are still able to give and that can really be defined as "true hospitality".
