La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fijn en prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad. Goede host, mooie omgeving. Hele fijne plek om Italië te ontdekken met veel leuke dingen in de buurt en om te ontspannen!

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Tolles Haus Genug Platz für alle aber kompliziert zu finden und hügelige Landschaft. sehr schön abgelegen aber in 20 min in einem Supermarkt. All in all sehr toller Aufenthalt

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa fin da subito! Il giardino è stato il paradiso per il nostro cane e la tranquillità del luogo.. un paradiso per noi! La villa è dotata di ogni comfort ed immersa nella natura pur essendo facilmente accessibile dalla strada principale, che tuttavia non dà nessun disturbo dato il poco passaggio di auto. Host gentile e prontamente disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Super consigliato!

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

La casa è esattamente come in foto e da descrizione. Spaziosa, pulitissima e attrezzata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno senza stress. La zona è tranquilla e a due passi da tutto, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che come base di partenza per esplorare i dintorni. Diana è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e flessibile con gli orari in base alle nostre esigenze. Decisamente consigliata! :)

Un alloggio davvero piacevole! L’esperienza è stata completa sotto ogni aspetto, grazie anche alla gentilezza e disponibilità della Signora Maria Rosa, sempre presente per ogni esigenza. La casetta, dallo stile tradizionale, è accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa. Rastignano è una piccola cittadina tranquilla, ma ben collegata a Bologna e alle zone circostanti, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di relax senza rinunciare alla comodità degli spostamenti e la vicinanza di una grande città.

I had a great, great time at Katia's beautiful apartment. Even though it's not at the city center, it is still not difficult to find since the tran station is 30 seconds on foot away from the apartment. The buses are also around the corner, so it was really a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend her place if you are looking for something convenient and don't mind not being directly by the old town. Katia is a super friendly person and she always responded very quickly to my further questions!

Il signor Danilo e sua moglie sono persone estremamente gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a fornire informazioni utili. La casa è esattamente come viene descritta, fornita di tutto ciò che serve per soggiornare in serenità.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia compagna nell'appartamento di Stefania il fine settimana dal 4 al 7 aprile. La casa è impeccabile in tutto ordine, pulizia e curata con personalità, le istruzioni del check in chiarissime e la posizione dell'abitazione comoda a due passi dalla piazza principale di lugo. Stefania è gentilissima, disponibile e rapida nel rispondere ad ogni domanda. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare da lei per chi cerca un fine settimana di tranquillità.

Michele was so very accommodating and hospitable to us even though it was a very last minute request. He was very understanding to our situation and went out of his way to let us stay at his place. Everything was absolutely 5 stars. Thanks Michele.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

We had a wonderful peaceful week at this lovely country house. Giacomo and Julia are lovely hosts, helping us with all our queries and needs, also recommendation for restaurants in the area. It's only 5 minutes drive from Calindero, supermarkets and so. and about 20 min from Bologna. It was a perfect place to stay outside the city and still be close enough. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Siamo andati a Lugo per un intervento alla schiena. La casa è stata parte integrante della buona riuscita della trasferta. Gli ambienti sono ampi, comodi, moderni e dotati di tutti comfort. Il riscaldamento è molto efficiente e i termosifoni regalano un calore uniforme e piacevole. I bagni sono entrambi spaziosi e arredati con gusto. Le camere matrimoniali sono ampie ed entrambe dotate di tv e armadio. La lavanderia ci ha fatto molto comodo visto che siamo rimasti per una settimana. Anche gli ambienti comuni sono comodi e fanno la differenza rispetto a un alloggio in hotel o nella camera di un b&b. Nella strada, che è veramente tranquilla e vicinissima a tutto, c'è sempre parcheggio proprio davanti all'ingresso. I proprietari, delle persone speciali, sono stati disponibili all'ennesima potenza. Ci hanno trattati con grande calore e come se fossimo stati di famiglia. Un'attenzione che pochi oggi riescono ancora a dare e che si può definire davvero come "vera ospitalità".
