Monthly Rentals in San Genesio ed Uniti

The perfect place to stay ... just on the edge so it was very easy to get in-and-out, and the private parking was an added bonus. Great apartment, very friendly, and welcomed us personally (along with our dog). She provided tips on what to see in the city. We only stayed 1 night, but additional nights would have been lovely with the well-stocked kitchen. If you have a larger car (we have a VW SUV), the parking is a bit tight but we got in and out without issues. The homemade yogurt was a lovely touch (and very tasty).

I stayed in the home for about a month. The house was nice, clean and very convenient, necessarily equipped with everything one needs. Massimiliano was very helpful, kind, and helped with anything he needed. Finally, the house is very close to a bus stop which makes it very easy to get around. Also within a short distance is a mini market as is a supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop and some places to eat. Many thanks to Massimiliano and his family for hosting ☺️

I had to go to San Genesio for a meeting with friends, I was looking for a space that could welcome me and where I could relax for one night, with the goal of spending a quiet and refreshing weekend. I have to say that this place has exceeded my expectations and wishes. I really felt at home... The care, kindness and care of the hosts is something from another time... We felt welcomed as dear friends, and in the apartment, in addition to excellent cleanliness, we found everything you might need to feel comfortable, like at home. Perfect temperature, warm water without waiting, a very comfortable sofa and bed, even the embroidered sheets and double pillows, additional blankets... in short, everything is perfect. By the way, the apartment is really convenient to reach Pavia, in about ten minutes we arrived in the center. It will be my point of reference for future trips to the area. It's worth the trip!
