Irma was absolutely pleasant person! She helped me with my heavy baggage and was very nice with me and my cat, helped with all questions I had. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed is spacious and comfortable. I will recommend this place to my friends who want to visit Tbilisi. Thank you Irma!

The host information is very responsive and quick to solve the problem, I am a warm and handsome kid, the apartment is very light, the world is open, and the other residents of the entire building are also very friendly, it was a good stay.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and close to the Old city. Their Limonchello was amazing. Would stay there again.

Mr. Nodar was very friendly and helpful even in midnight he always answer. The apartment was very clean and fully prepared to make lunch or dinner.. I highly recommend it and for sure coming back..

Don't waste time looking elsewhere, because is the place you want to stay. Not only because the home is beautiful (clearly a great deal of thought went into the architecture and furniture) and the location in Old Tbilisi is perfect, but also the host, Oto, will make your stay seamless and worry-free. He is the most responsive, attentive and thoughtful host we have ever had at an AirBnB. He arranged airport transportation, helped us print documents, replaced an appliance, and much more, all with zero stress. Excellent English and Russian. Our family of six from NYC (me, my wife, my mother-in-law, our 4 year old daughter, and our newborn twin girls) stayed here for five weeks. The bedrooms/kitchens/bathrooms/patios were immaculate. We hired a housekeeper/cook to come for a few hours every other day, and a nanny for the twins when we wanted to do day trips. Both were excellent, inexpensive, and absolutely worth it. I'm sure Oto would be happy to give their contact info.

Strongly recommended. Its one of the BEST place u can find in Tiblis. 5 min walk from Marjanishvili metro station and very close to everything u need. clean , cozy , quiet with a very nice responsive Host.

A top notch Airbnb experience. The apartment and neighborhood were both so charming. Tamar was super communicative and pleasant. Our stay was a highlight of our visit to Georgia.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

The place was nice and clean, wifi works fast if you are working remote its really good. Lia is very friendly and she has 2 dogs and 1 cat they're so cute!

The place and the apartment were beautiful and amazing, exactly as described. The neighborhood is peaceful and private where you can walk around with no cars. A park, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants around you. We really enjoyed staying there and Nana was a super host, always responsive, helpful and friendly.

Convenient, comfortable, very tidy, Leila is a very hospitable hostess. View of Tbilisi from the balcony on a high floor, convenient transport links. It was a pleasure staying at the apartment.

Konstantine's apartment was overall very good. It’s centrally located in Tbilisi, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be challenging for some. The mattresses could be improved, as some were too hard or too soft. The shower upstairs is quite limited in height due to the sloped ceiling, which might be an issue depending on the number of guests. We opted to use the downstairs shower instead. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Mariam’s place was ideal for our trip to Tbilisi. There was lots of space and the views over the city from the balcony were incredible. Mariam was a wonderful host and very proactive with keeping us informed of any updates (using the new key fob for the lifts and power cut updates). Could not have asked for a better host.
