Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Georgia

we stayed in this apartment for a month. The location is convenient, 15-20 minutes walk to the sea. Everything you needed was there , and what the host provided right away. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, etc. It was convenient to cook every day for a family. The apartment was clean and comfortable in any weather: on cold days there was heating, on hot days there was air conditioning. But most of all I liked the presence of a spacious balcony where you can have breakfast in the fresh air. The host of the apartment Raul is a very attentive and caring host. We liked everything. The next visit to Batumi we will also stay here.

It is an extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy apartment. Everything you might need from snow-white towels to a frying pan is in place. The apartment is equipped with the gas heater, which comes in handy in winter. All the devices (the heater, the washing machine, the cooktop, the hood, there is a hoover as well) are in a pristine condition and it's a pleasure to use them. Although the building is new, I barely heard any repair noises. It's an apartment building, so there is a reception downstairs and the guys there are available 24/7. The place is located some 3-4 minutes on foot from the embankment and the beach. There are lots of shops, fruit/vegetable stalls and cafes in the vicinity (I strongly recommend Old Ambari on Chavchavadze st.). Merab was very welcome, tactful and punctual, having arrived in person to hand over the key and was available throughout my stay. Note: the bed is not very big in size, so you might experience inconvenience if you're way above 180 cm in height

The apartment is very nice, in a quiet area, there are many shops nearby. Many thanks to the host, quickly responded to messages and helped with any questions that arose.

The host information is very responsive and quick to solve the problem, I am a warm and handsome kid, the apartment is very light, the world is open, and the other residents of the entire building are also very friendly, it was a good stay.

Great place to stay, matches pictures & description

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

The host really helped with everything, recommended lots of places which we tried it all. The room was how it was described everything was in order and as expected. It was easy to get inside and the room was clean. Equipment were ready to use. We had a problem with the heating on the first night but we figured it out later. I strongly advise you this place if you you ever travel Tbilisi.

Cozy apartment in the old part of the city, 5 minutes walk to sulfur baths and cafes. Quiet place, cute enclosed yard and friendly cats. We liked it, thanks for the hospitality!

To begin with , We requested late check in and she was graceful to allow us and also requested an early breakfast which can agreed too . Beautiful, well maintained place, peaceful, great views from balcony , helped us with bonfire and was always responsive. I would recommend to stay here and if given a chance, would surely visit again and stay at Nino's place. 5 stars for sure..

Friends, I say the view of the house is great, the city under your feet, the location of the house is only uphill + stairs on the hill, the car can bring it up to a place other than that, it was nice, I liked it very much, so even if the weather is bad, even when you go to the terrace and sit down, you think of everything, thank you, it was nice

We had a great stay at Natalie's house. It is spacious, very clean, thoughtfully furnished, has all amenities (automatic dishwasher, WLAN, washing machine, etc.) and is in a great location very close to the beach at the Black Sea (you hear the sound of the waves from the house/rooms). The area is very quiet, chill and perfect to unwind as there isn't really a lot of social life. No big city, no village, nothing really. Just the house, pine trees and the sea. (We stayed there during December, so I cannot say how crowded/noisy the place is during summertime) A car really is a must if you want to stay there. In addition, Natalie is a wonderful host, warm-hearted, very communicative, supportive and welcoming. Thanks for that wonderful stay!

Macos place is amazing, newly constructed, has everything you may need. Neighborhood is calm, perfect for calm vacation. Literally 2 min walk from seaside. Maco is very responsive host, it was pleasure to communicate with her. Highly recommend and would come back as well.

very nice and beautiful apartment. the summer veranda on the roof is wonderful. the double bed would be comfortable for people 172cm tall and lower.

The flat was clean, comfortable,very romantic. The windows are very high and location is a bit far from Old Tbilisi area or city centre. However we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we definitely recommend it!

Konstantine's apartment was overall very good. It’s centrally located in Tbilisi, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be challenging for some. The mattresses could be improved, as some were too hard or too soft. The shower upstairs is quite limited in height due to the sloped ceiling, which might be an issue depending on the number of guests. We opted to use the downstairs shower instead. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

the apartment has a good location, a nice view from the balcony, the price is adequate. If you're flying from Kutaisi, it's a beautiful place to stay.

Mariam’s place was ideal for our trip to Tbilisi. There was lots of space and the views over the city from the balcony were incredible. Mariam was a wonderful host and very proactive with keeping us informed of any updates (using the new key fob for the lifts and power cut updates). Could not have asked for a better host. Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
