Our experience in this property was perfect! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen and all needed items for nice vacation The view was incredible! The host was polite and responded to me very quickly I definitely recommend to spend at least couple of days at this house

Cozy apartment that warmed us in the small town of Stepanzminda in October.The room is very well equipped with a variety of cookware.The host is enthusiastic and professional.The location is easy to find and parking.Even though it was only for one night, it left us a very good impression.

Peaceful Stay in a Cozy Cottage I recently stayed in a charming cottage for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Despite its peaceful setting, the chalet is conveniently close to town, easy access to shops, restaurants and amenities. Very well equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a barbecue pit for grilling and a cozy fireplace perfect for evening spent under the stars, the hammock is a delightful addition to unwind. Tsotne is friendly and always ready to help, his hospitality addd a personal touch to our experience.

Awesome place to spend some peacefultime

Thank you very much for the hospitable welcome. We liked everything, the house is very well equipped, there are different types of entertainment in the house, such as: a speaker, a guitar, a bow and arrows, etc. The house is very warm, the kitchen is equipped with everything: lots of dishes, a coffee machine and a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a stove, a refrigerator. The access is a little inconvenient, because there is no asphalt, but we would have driven without a breakdown in a car with low ground clearance. There are still several unfinished buildings on the territory, but work is not being done and it did not bother us in any way. But the cost is a little lower than similar options nearby. I can recommend it!
