Spent a week at the place because I was in the area for work. For me, it was an ideal location - not even 15 minutes by car to Klagenfurt and quietly located to work and switch off. Supermarket and bakery are also nearby and can be reached in 2-3 (car)minutes. The apartment is very clean, modernly furnished, is on the ground floor and everything is up to date - corresponds 1 to 1 to the pictures. Everything you need is there, kitchen is fully equipped and a private parking space is also available. Check-in & CheckOut was very easy and flexible with a key box and helpful and friendly advance information from Jürgen. Many thanks for the hospitality, I'd love to come back when I'm around.

Mareike’s apartment exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the extra touches like the food basket and the beverages in the fridge. It was very clean and modern, well thought-out with artistic design without being cluttered.

Had a great stay. The place is ideal for long stays. Has all the required amenities and the city centre is reachable by foot or bus. Great view of the mountains too. Would recommend.
