It is perfect to disconnect from everything, the place is beautiful, the house is spacious, clean and everything super comfortable, we will definitely be back. Contacts with the hosts are very quick and apart in the area you can go to the beach in 10min by vehicle. We are charming.

Our stay was wonderful, even though we booked last minute, we were greeted quickly and very welcoming. Thank you for having the house in perfect condition, everything is equipped and impeccable. 100% recommended. Franny excellent host.

My late search for a hotel landed us at the Royal residences. TBH I wasn’t expecting much as it was last min and fronted on the main st rather than the beach, but I was pleasantly surprised. We were looking for a quiet place where we could cook healthy meals, have reliable wifi, swim lengths in warm shade and be close enough to the beach without paying premium prices. All checked. While visible from the pool, access to the beach just reqd a 5 min walk out front, around the neighbouring bldg and down some steps. Quiet friendly snowbirds stayed at Royal Res which suited me perfectly as quiet was key for me. The passcode main entry and front desk security made me feel safe. The shower and AC worked perfectly. Charlotte was a great host; solutions oriented and had quick response times. When my sister needed crutches, Charlotte was genuinely concerned and quite helpful.

in a very cozy place Kenya was very friendly and at all times was pending and available for any concerns you had, the house is equipped with everything you need to spend a few quiet days, the rooms comfortable and spacious. The property is in the center of the village near the seawall

The house was everything that we hoped for. Mark and his team were excellent hosts. They made travel and activities arrangements for us. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Cabarete. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again. 5 Stars all the way around….

A spectacular weekend. I went with my family to spend a weekend and everything went as is. The place is close to everything, easy to get to, the beautiful house and the hospitality was excellent. I recommend it 100x100

We loved our stay. The villa is within a 2-minute walk from the beach and is in a great condition. Erika who manages the place was super responsive and helped us with restaurant bookings, taxi, etc. There's a small supermarket within a 5-minute walk, but the selection is not that great. But we mostly ate out so it wasn't a big deal. There are many restaurants either within a walking distance or a quick taxi ride.

we had a great week, we were 3 friends and we really loved the neighborhood. the caretaker Kevin was more than perfect with us , very kind and friendly , the neighbors too , always ready to help us, the house is close to everything that needs it. We will come back every time we come to cabarete . I highly recommend this accommodation , and thank you again Kevin for his professionalism and kindness , if there were more than 5 stars we would give 10000 stars.

Sure, here's a short review for David’s place in Cabarete on Airbnb: --- We had a fantastic stay at David’s place in Cabarete, especially for our kitesurfing adventure. The accommodation was perfect, with a nice grass area to blow up and prepare our kites for launching. David was incredibly responsive and helped us out with any requests we had during our stay. The location is also great—just down the street from a cafe with excellent coffee and wifi. We would definitely stay at David’s place again for our next kitesurfing trip to Cabarete!

This house was one of the best houses I have stayed at for a air bnb. It was exactly like the photos. The view is to die for. Amazing huge home. Ac, washer/dryer and hot water worked excellent. The pool topped it off. Flavien was super responsive with any questions I had. 3 min from Rio San Juan. I will stay here again for sure. Total 5 star!!!!

I had a terrific time at Eric's place. The beach was awesome and I hope that this place is available when I return to the country. I would recommend this place.

Host was great and was there when we got there to show us around. The driveway to get back off Rt 5 is narrow but is fine for a car. Unit was very clean and airy. No ac but we didn't need it with windows open. It's about as private as you will find for the price. There is a house close by on one side but we barely saw anyone there the whole time. It's also only a 30 minute drive from Cabarate, where there are lots of great eating options. Host was super responsive. Would definitely go back!

I had a fantastic stay at Brittany's Villa! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. Brittany was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. I particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony in the primary bedroom.
