Everything is very good, close to the most popular beaches in the area and the host is always very helpful. I would definitely come back.

Stephen was an excellent host! Communications were helpful and timely. He assisted us with everything we need and was very accommodating. The property was centrally located in the heart of Cabarete with easy walking distance to the grocery store and beach front venues. On site coffee shop Vagamundo was our favorite! The Villa is shared with the Millennium Resort & Spa and we enjoyed the beachfront bar. We definitely recommend staying at Stephen's Villa!

What most impressed me about the experience was how attentive Luz was and her immediate responses. Definitely a very good hostess. I liked the place, it's very central, everything was clean and organized. I told Luz about a leakage issue she has and she told me that they are in the process of fixing it, I think that's the only thing that caught my attention, but overall I loved the stay and how cordial and kind it was. I would definitely stay again and recommend it 100%!

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

The unit was well equipped with everything, plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, pans and dishes. AC and TV worked correctly and security including units access was easy and professional. The pool and beach access as well as parking is perfect for my families needs.

An amazing enviroment, well equiped and all needed to have to enjoy this place!. Highly recommended.

Lucas's place is very nice and clean. it's very well located, right in the middle between Kite beach and the center of Cabarete. We enjoyed our stay very much. Lucas is a great host.
