What a wonderful place; everything we wished for: away from the crowds, in nature, with plenty to see around the corner😊.

Very lovely place to stay

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Francesca welcomed us in person and was a great host. She was great to communicate with, both before and during our stay. And the house. It is easily one of the most beautiful ones we've stayed in. The floors, the walls and the furniture are amazing and it felt like a real privilege to live here, if just for a few days. Some days we could park the car just outside the door, and when that spot was taken there was a bigger parking lot just a minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very nice, located in a good location, parking space not reserved but easy parking just outside the gate, ventilated area, we only turned on the air conditioner for 1 hour. Since everything was perfect, we tried to reciprocate by leaving the premises clean as we found them (except for the separate collection that the host kindly brought to the municipal collection point when we left.

Casa Cannas is an old-time gem in the center of Villaputzu. Ilaria was an extraordinary host, who made us feel like we were at the home of some local relatives and welcomed us with an unexpected welcome breakfast with local and homemade products. Highly recommended!

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. The apartment was super furnished and you had the feeling of being at home, there was nothing missing. Cardedu and its surroundings are highly recommended by car, nearby beaches are easy to explore. There are several shopping facilities nearby, which are also within walking distance. Cardedu itself, is a rather quiet and untouristy place. Stefano was always easy to reach and gave us great tips for excursions, etc. Conclusion: If you want to explore the southern east coast of Sardinia by car, Stefano is in great hands. :)

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

🏖️ Our vacation with Francesco was great. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this stay if you need peace and quiet. 🌄The well-kept property has a beautifully landscaped garden/olive grove. The pool was always very clean and had a pleasant temperature. 🛌 The apartment is large, very clean and easy to keep cool thanks to the airconditioners. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with equipment. The bed slept wonderfully! 🍳Breakfast is optional. The set table is waiting for you in the shade, with beautiful views. Warm or fresh items were brought as soon as you sat at the table. Everything was delicious! Definitely try the homemade yogurt and the 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communicates proactively, gives tips related to the area (=a map of Sardinia on which he indicated everything). Francesco respects your privacy and is never intrusive. He is always available via what's app. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. 🙏

Communication with Sergio was always very quick and very friendly. The house is just like in the photos. New and lovingly decorated. We loved the fish design everywhere ! Bedroom / children's room and bathroom are relatively small. Kitchen brand new and well equipped. The outdoor shower is great, we never showered inside 😃 The garden is spacious and the various seating options on the terrace in front of and behind the house are great. Quiet residential area between sea and place. Everything was perfect for us! Thanks Sergio !

Beautiful place and you could see that it has just been refurbished, a beautiful style of the house, everything super clean, for 2 people the space is perfect and the value for money unbeatable

I was with my family (incl. One-year-old daughter) for a week at Cristina's place. We felt very, very comfortable and at home. Cristina is an outstanding host , she is always available, very helpful (in all matters) and accommodating. Also the place was modernly furnished & has a beautiful garden part. Thank you for the hospitality.

I loved this apartment and would gladly stay there again. Even better than the photos. It is well appointed and very tastefully decorated. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. Overall great place to stay. Everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay.

Very well-kept and very clean house. Equipped with everything you need for a stay by the sea (from dishes, pots, pans to barbecue grill). It's just a few minutes' drive from the coast, but it doesn't have a sea view, except for the room with a balcony (still quite far away). The hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, accommodating all of our requests. Only thing: if you decide to cook, the house is very uncomfortable because of its structure, which has the kitchen on the ground floor and the outdoor patio with the table upstairs (at a room and if a bathroom); which forces you to bring everything you need up and down.

Cristina is an amazing host! She gave us great recommandations and she was so nice and kind to us. The place is well situated, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the port. The place was big enough and had all the things for our stay. We recommend it!

The apartment is just lovely! Small but completely sufficient for a family with 2 children. Great private terrace behind the house and at the entrance a common outdoor area plus roof terrace with sea view. The pool is also cool but the best is the outdoor shower with warm water! A beautiful sandy beach is a 2-minute walk away. Paolo showed us the area with his car on the 1st day, he is a very nice, caring host, you feel very familiar. Thank you for a great stay, we will be happy to come back 🤩

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

The structure is beautiful, the furnishings are refined, the location is exceptional in the heart of Cagliari. Great for a long term stay Accommodation has been delivered to us and is complete with every comfort. The professional and very courteous welcome staff We hope to be back as soon as possible.

Excellent stay at this accommodation located in the city center. Everything was as advertised: clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. Communication was fluid. I would definitely recommend this place because of its value for money.

fantastic place! exactly as described, really clean and spacious, only 5 mins walk from the centre of Carloforte. Valentina was a really helpful and responsive host, and we had a wonderful one-week stay here. Thoroughly recommend!
