Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of South Sardinia

We were very pleased. The place was clean and modern and the amenities were great. The entire site is very calm and quiet. The outdoor area with the hot tub was huge. Super friendly staff who respond to all requests. We felt very comfortable.

If you are looking for a homely peace next to the emerald sea, then this villa is the right one for you!!! Very clean, comfortable, all rooms have air conditioners, insect nets, especially two courtyards where you can fry a barbecue, sit under the sunset with a glass of wine. By the way, nice sea style dishes! The location of the villa allows you to be in a quiet area, but next to paradise lagoons, and if you want outdoor activities, you can also visit Cagliari! Host Omar is active and always happy to help, gives cool locations for your whims!! Recommended!!!

We had an amazing stay and we visited Green House Pizzeria- the pizza there was incredible and was two mins away!! Lovely quiet neighbourhood and lovely apartment with a lovely terrace :)

Wonderful accommodation near the beautiful beach of Sant'Andrea, just a few minutes from all the most beautiful beaches in the area(poetto, capita, Cala Queen, Mari Pintau, and not far from Villasimius and Solanas. Responsive and always available host and co-hosts, have solved every problem and satisfied every request...I hope to return next year

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Vanda and Endrio’s place in Cagliari, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was incredibly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Vanda and Endrio went above and beyond to make us feel welcome right from the start. Their hospitality was warm, genuine, and greatly appreciated. What really stood out were the fantastic recommendations they provided. They had a wealth of local knowledge. One of the best aspects, though, was the stunning view. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the view made every moment more special. We could gaze out over the beautiful cityscape and take in the vibrant colors of Cagliari. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, scenic getaway! We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. Melissa was great, very helpful. The house was spotless and we loved the decor. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important for my son, who loves cooking. We loved the mix of sea, beaches and rugged hills. The restaurants in the surrounding area and walkable distance are very nice. We have made a lot of memories and enjoyed the summery weather we have been so missing in Britain this year.

Friendly welcome, several beautiful beaches within walking distance, shopping also within walking distance. There is nothing to complain about at the apartment. You are on your own, have a nice garden with barbecue and a balcony. The amenities are well maintained and most imaginable kitchen utensils are available. For a family with kids, a clear recommendation.
