Vacation rentals with a balcony in Sardinia

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. Melissa was great, very helpful. The house was spotless and we loved the decor. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important for my son, who loves cooking. We loved the mix of sea, beaches and rugged hills. The restaurants in the surrounding area and walkable distance are very nice. We have made a lot of memories and enjoyed the summery weather we have been so missing in Britain this year.

We had an excellent stay: communication was very easy and always very fast and super helpful; the house has a beautiful view on the sea, was very clean and equipped with everything we needed; the beach and pool was just a 2 min walk from the apartment. A great experience - we fully recommend.

Was in the accommodation in October, was very satisfied, everything as described, very flexible with arrival and departure, very centrally located, very nice surroundings, beach, restaurants, cafes and harbor, perfect for the season for vacationers who want some peace, hiking and walking by the sea. Location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the beach. There is a market nearby, pharmacy, restaurants and bakery. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils. We didn't want for anything. Marina is a spectacular person, very friendly and welcoming. She treated us very well, giving us tips on places to visit and whenever we contacted her, she responded quickly. I definitely recommend the apartment.

Located above white beach which is great for swimming and views from the deck were lovely. A lot of stairs, so maybe not suitable for anyone physically compromised. A car is definitely a necessity. Easy to find on google maps. Beds were comfortable. As I owned an airbnb myself, I may be critical in saying little things like quilt covers, coffee pods for the coffee machine, a welcome package for weary travellers would go a long way, but all in all it was a pleasant stay, and Sardinia is very beautiful.

There were three of us and we were able to spend 12 wonderful days here. The place is absolutely central and really only 50 meters down to the sea. Another great beach is about 6 km away. Communication with the hostess was great. There was almost nothing missing. We would have liked a toaster and a few more knives for cutting vegetables. Otherwise, everything was great. Absolutely recommended. Will come again any time.

Very pleasant stay, the house is ideally located for a relaxing stay with access on foot to the sea. The amenities are a bit old, but it was enough for us for 4 days.

Great house very comfortable for a stay with family. The surrounding nature is very beautiful and the proximity to the beach is a great asset.

The place was very nice. We spent two weeks there with our kids. Of course, the proximity of the beach was great. 200 meters reachable by a small road. The area on Capo Testa is a dream, great for hiking with beautiful coves. However, you have to keep in mind that the road to the property is quite narrow, only accessible by a very small car. The garbage disposal unfortunately does not work well on Capo Testa, our garbage was often not picked up and we had to take it to Santa Teresa to the garbage dump. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place.

We had an amazing time into this house. The only things I may mention are: - the lack of coffee machine (just one very tiny Italian coffee moka) but nothing very bad here :) - And the owner should check about the gaz hob that is getting very old and do not work fully, so we had hard time trying to cook. Except these points, the flat is perfect spot for family vacations.
