Superb apartment in a typical Matera accommodation, very clean and very well equipped. Quiet environment, historic center very easily reachable by walk with excellent restaurants. Possibility of free parking near the property. Domenico is extremely nice. He took the time to give us quality advice. Unfortunately, we only had 1 night stay.

A really great place to stay! It is near the sassi and we can walk there within 1 minute! Nice view too!

Mrs. Lorella was an exceptional person and always available. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to meet you in person and we had to do the selfcheck in which it was very easy as she always provided us with directions through photos and videos to implement it. The house matches the photos and amenities provided: cozy, clean and super fragrant with an ambient scent for each room that made each one different. It is very close to the center of Matera and the limits of the ZTL. Also, if you want to move towards Puglia like Alberobello, Locorotondo, it is located at a comfortable height for these trips nearby. I'll definitely be back here.

This is a great place to explore Matera from. It's clean, quiet and comfortable, and close to restaurants and of course the sassi. Valeria is a great host. She has everything you could possibly need available. She is also extremely responsive. When we had trouble with the front door (which was our own fault), it was resolved in minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

Casa San Martino: We were very well received by Francesco and Florinda (F&F) and before even by phone Francesco was very thorough on some of our questions. The "little house" is very welcoming and characteristic as well as comfortable and furnished with all the comforts!!!! The location is in the historic center and for parking we had a permit for the ZTL. A few steps away, there are several services; in particular, the La Cavallerizza place where we had the breakfast kindly offered by F&F. The location is strategic for those who plan to move to the different neighboring towns: Marina di Ginosa, Matera, Alberobello ... Recommended for families and young people !!!!

I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to stay at Raffaella’s. It was very comfortable, clean, warm, centrally located and had lots of breakfast goodies and amenities. Raffaella was also very helpful with any questions we had about restaurants, laundry facilities, or shopping. What’s not to like like?!

Each word would be superfluous to describe Marco's availability and kindness, a rare level of hospitality and when we needed it, he was immediately ready to help us, much more than he was in his duty. Not to mention the location, it is basically a simple country house, then go out, you sit at the coffee table under the gazebo located in the garden and this is where you understand what has this place special. You can enjoy an amazing view that on one side overlooks the valley that then leads to the nearby village of Corleto Perticara, on the other stretches of woods and mountains What can I say, if you're looking for some peace, a few days away from daily stress, this is the place for you. Piero's place is fantastic, well located, in a quiet area ideal for rest, all new and very clean with everything you need to be comfortable. We had a great week. Also Piero is a great host, very attentive at all times and helps you by suggesting interesting areas to visit and local restaurants, I definitely recommend Piero's house for a quiet vacation 😀

This place is unbelievable and specially unique in a unique city. Nothing prepares you for the experience of entering the place. The fusion between old and new is extremely well done in this apartment. The way the interior design is done is very tasteful and romantic. One of the many highlights is the shower area/steam room. And another other definite highlight is the terrace which provides you a private Belvedere of Matera. The location is very convenient as it is directly accesible to the Taxis and public transportation. The apartment is conveniently located near excellent restaurants which are one to five minutes away, walking. We had the pleasure of meeting the hosts, Rosalba and Gianfranco. They are wonderful people, and the best hosts one could wish for. When me and my husband come back, we will definitely stay at La Cava nel Barisano.

This is an excellent property with well appointed kitchen and laundry. It was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The garage was a welcome addition, despite available street parking. The keyless internet entry worked very well (but does require your phone to have data).

Accommodation near the sea, the host is very welcoming and❤️ has a private yard parking, it is very suitable for a car to come out and play on vacation.
