We had some problems but nothing to disturb our peace. We were attended to quickly. Nice, spacious place. Pleasant atmosphere.

Small apartment but met our expectations, because we were three and weekend, we became four. We did not cook but had the necessary utensils. The perfect location is close by. The staff of the concierge very helpful and cordial.

The location is wonderful, several restaurants and the nearby mall to walk beyond a bakery, Easter, which is about 50m from the house. All as described in the listing, has two fans, the TV works well for open channels and is smart. I will certainly come back more often.

Our stay in the Carmel Mansion was just amazing! The house is super nice, with spacious suites, excellent bathrooms and a kitchen so well-equipped that there was nothing missing. The decor is of extreme good taste, creating a cozy and very comfortable atmosphere for our group of 12 people. The location is a high point: you could walk to Ferradura beach, and we were close to the main beaches and Rua das Pedras. Perfect! But the highlight itself was the wonderful team that received us: Leonardo, Tati and Fátima were super friendly and always available with that smile on their face that makes all the difference. We adore every moment and recommend it without a second thought. We want to go back now!

Excellent experience. The house is great for rest: for its pool, Gourmet sector, comfort of the rooms and condominium with amenities. 10 minutes from downtown Buzios by super frequent charter if you want. Y and with a wonderful beach across the street. Highly recommended, especially for going with children

Good location, very quiet, close to markets, pharmacy and very close to the beach

The accommodation is a beauty,the house is very comfortable and its garden is a small paradise, the location is very practical ,from there we move to almost all the beaches on foot, the same in the center of Buzios. The host is a 10, super friendly and predisposed. A special section to their pets, educated and affectionate, made us feel at home! We recommend and look forward to returning!!

The stay at the house was excellent. All according to the photos and description. Very large house, wonderful backyard, all well clean, great location. The hosts were excellent, very attentive, whenever we needed them to respond quickly. I highly recommend it, and we will return more often.

I took advantage of the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to speed things up it is better to drive there. The location is great, as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. The day we went the apartment had no internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so that was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, at night when we arrived at the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from the cell phone to the TV. And Jorginho (caretaker) is super polite and always helped us when we needed it, especially with this Internet/check-in and check-out issue. The apartment has potential, it is large, it accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we felt a lack of utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses, pots) Otherwise, expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

Heloise is a magnificent host. She responds immediately to every message and is attentive to her guests having everything they need. The apartment is part of a complex overlooking the canal street and its location could not be better. The place is very safe and quiet. Even at night you can walk to one of the several restaurants that are very close by. The apartment is in impeccable condition and the cleanliness is excellent. The entire complex is very neat, including the pool that is open until 10:00 pm and that we were able to enjoy several nights. The apartment has everything you need and we really appreciated a water purifier that saved us from having to carry bottles of water. We had a great 12 days at Heloise's apartment.
