Very cozy apartment, close to the beach and close to essential services (pharmacy, restaurant, supermarket), very well equipped kitchen, available beach items and great conditions, perfect shower and very well thought out accommodation for the comfort of guests. The owner's service is mto fast and she is always available and is attentive mto. It was a great experience, we will be back for sure!

Very well located, the girls of the reception always requested, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, to do something fast, Filipe always answered very quickly, when I had to ask a question. I highly recommend!! I intend to return in the future.

The apartment is large and impeccable. The view of the canal is very good. The balcony is spacious. The pool and the amenities on the terrace are excellent. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach and is located close to the bakery , bars and pharmacy. It is a great spot for young couples who like to enjoy a pub at night. Sigi was attentive throughout our stay. For those who like to cook the stove and oven work very well. A car is required for trips to the supermarket.

Wonderful place to vacation. 150 meters from the beach of Manghinhos, beach of warm water and of little people. Easy to reach downtown with an uber. The same as the other beaches, although I recommend going to Rua das Pedras and from there take taxi boat to other beaches, it is more fun. The accommodation is a few blocks from supermarkets so it was better for me to order x phone at the supermarket SO MUCH that it is more expensive but everything gets you right away. The beautiful house, nicely decorated, with garden, patio table, grill, two showers... we were super comfortable. The condo is super safe, quiet, comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the game room too... The truth, a luxury! I would come back without hesitation when visiting Buzios again and I hope that will be soon! Stay with confidence that you won't regret it. The gral cleanliness is EXCELLENT. Until the last tacita... Very grateful for the attention of the host, always attentive and well prepared! THANK YOU!

I enjoyed the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to expedite it is better to drive there. The location is great as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. On the day we went the apartment was without internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so this was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, the night when we arrived in the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from mobile to TV. And Jorginho (janitor) is super polite and always helped us when needed, especially in this issue of Internet/check in and check out. The apt has potential, it is large, accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we miss utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses,pots) In addition,expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

The great apartment for the family, condominium with a lot of leisure option next to the club and a very quiet space. Luiza was a great host, we had a bedding issue and she promptly resolved. It was super flexible with our check in and checkout. Which helps too much when we travel with children. The apto is in a secure condominium near the Cabo Frio channel. It has a playground and swimming pool. We only miss air conditioning in the living room where the sofa bed is located. As had mats available our children slept in the room with us on the air condition. Another note is that it does not have a water filter to drink. Then bring a bottle of mineral water.

Host Sérgio was very helpful and always answered promptly and still helps me on a question... finally I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back more often.

The stay was excellent. The house matches what was shown in the photos and descriptions. The condominium is extremely safe, calm and the infrastructure even better than the one described in the ad. Obviously because it is a beach house, it is subject to natural wear, but with bathrooms in PERFECT condition, kitchen in very good condition and very welcoming living and dining room, especially for family groups. The rooms are good size with air-conditioning working perfectly. I suggest to guests more "boring" to bring personal bedding as the provided is basic but still quite comfortable and functional. The host Márcio was always quick and helpful, as was his employees. It is a pruning in the area of the outdoor shower because nature is fulfilling its role. Voltaria no doubt, although the displacement requires a few extra minutes due to high season. In short: STAY TOP! Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

The very nice and quiet place, close to all the attractions of buzios, the super spacious house, has a washing machine which was very useful for me, the super friendly concierge and the beautiful environments. Something that I could emphasize is that there was a strange smell, not to be described, but it would be good to put air freshener in the bedrooms, otherwise everything was impeccable 100% recommended.
