Excellent. I had stayed in 2024 and so I decided to come back. The apartment is well located. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The room is comfortable. The room is very beautiful. The penthouse has an excellent pool and an amazing view. The gatekeepers are helpful. And the location is excellent

Our stay was great! The space corresponds to the advertised, is super comfortable, and was properly clean. The nearby streets and beaches are excellent. An alert for those who go in low season is that the area is very residential, so it can be difficult to find accessible restaurants and markets on foot. In addition, super recommended space and we would certainly return.

The flat and the condominium in which it is located are excellent! The lake view is beautiful, the dawn and dusk are a delight, we see stars at night on the balcony... It is close to beautiful beaches and groceries (on foot is pulled, but by car it is fast). The apê is spacious: we were in a family with four children and we were very well accommodated. The condominium is large and the pool, the playground and the courts were well used.

My family and I like it very much , it is not far from the beach, you can walk, and the house is very good.

We were well received by the homemade Tiago, who advised us on the operation of the house and the Haras, and still left coconut water in the refrigerator. The house is well assembled, with what you need for a weekend. And also with the convenience of getting the control of the Haras gate, so we can arrive anytime. The holiday was by sea and saw! Playa de Meaípe, Peracanga and visit the serra capixaba de Buenos Aires. We will be back! Thank you Edite, Yasmin and Tiago.

Perfection! The apartment is in front of Praia das Castanheiras, the best location in Guarapari. It has a large and cozy balcony that turns the great attraction of the property. The assembly is impeccable: appliances, crockery, lamps, bed and bath linens, electrical utensils… In addition to the small details that make the lodging delicious. Adriana is super attentive and always available. I loved it so much!

Despite the internet by both wi-fi and mobile data (where I believe it is by the structure of the building), there is no problem. Great accommodation, super recommendation. Host's attention is perfect.
