Vacation rentals with a firepit in Playacar

Everything was great and the rooms were perfect. Not a big kitchen but just enough to warm food. Everything was clean. Communication with Oscar was easy and really responsive. The pool is deep my kids had to use a life jacket but clean and refreshing for the nice weather. Would definitely consider renting again.

Very nice house, the host was very nice and very quick to take care of my doubts and their support was very good, I would definitely come back to stay!

I will definitely be back with my family when I go to Playa del Carmen

Cynthya and her husband were vacationing next door. They were very friendly and helpful. Erika, the house manager, was also nice and quick to answer to questions. The house is big and comfortable. Location is great to get to Cancun, beaches, local entertainment and restaurants. We had a great time!!

CecyAnn was a very responsive host getting back quickly to my inquiries. The home was as described and was comfortable and private. There was a very nice pool directly across the drive from our entry door. Great wi-fi. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. A small private patio right off the dining area via the Patio door. Shower pressure was adequate and we had no issues with hot water for showers. Within a block is the Club House with exercise equipment and a snack bar . The food was good and very reasonably priced. Very nice and accommodating servers. More pools outside the clubhouse with lap pool and tennis court. In all, this is a great bargain. I highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

Our stay at home Tucán was very pleasant. The area is quiet and we had a very good rest. The super comfortable bed and mattress. We had small issues related to hot water, but they were resolved quickly. Angel and Leticia have been pending every day of us. We recommend this place

The house is beautiful as well as private, spacious, fresh and very comfortable. It has everything to spend a comfortable stay.

I had a lovely stay with this Airbnb host! While the space needed to be cleaned more thoroughly upon arrival, the host was quick to address it and got a cleaning company to come in, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness truly stood out. They even cooked for me, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch! Their dogs were absolutely adorable—one of them got so excited every time I came in or out, which was both sweet and funny. My own dog had a great time, too, and really enjoyed their company. Overall, I was happy with my experience and grateful for how accommodating the host was

Asaf was an amazing communicator from the get-go. His 3 bedroom condo is just beautiful, sits in a corner on the second floor( elevator close by) and has a lovely view from the covered terrace. The private gated community of Playacar embraces one from the minute we arrived. Where the AWA condos are not on the beach, the walk is about 15 to 30 minutes through an archeological reserve and was very easy for us 75 year olds. Strollers will not make it through the reserve, nor will bikes which are parked just outside the entry through the wooded reserve. This would be the ONLY downside of staying in a condo vs an all inclusive beach resort for twice the money. AWA has the most spectacular pool I’ve ever seen, with various parts to it. Hot tub and jacuzzis (2), fountains, wading pools and swimming areas. The kid’s room is great. Air-conditioned with lots of toys to entertain the kids. The apartment is large enough for our family of five-3 bedrooms and bath, living room/ kitchen,terrace

Everything was great!! Brand new apartment but felt just like home, everything inside was brand new and of great quality. Location was great and very close to quinta avenida. I did not have the time the use rooftop amenities but it was beautiful and great views. I will definitely stay here next time i come to Playa. Gaston was super helpful.

Tthe property looked exactly like the photos and was as described. the host was responsive as well. We had a great stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Just as others have mentioned it's about a 10-minute drive from town so you'll either need a car or will have to catch taxis.

Remy’s Place was perfect! The private rooftop pool really made the place feel like a vacation oasis! He was always so quick to respond! Very accommodating! Sent cleaner free of charge to tidy things up while we were out! Great area only downside is at night it’s very loud so if you’re there to sleep/ rest it’s not the right location. Although a pair of earplugs can help that really quick! We loved the place, would stay again!!! Thank you for a memorable trip!!

I had a beautyful stay at this place that feels like a little jungle oasis. It was wonderful spending time at the rooftop, watch the sunrise or the stars at night, with all the green nature. Citlali is an amazing woman and host, i felt at home right away. She was responsive troughout my stay and i saw her every morning in the garden with the dogs. The Studio has everything you need. Close to the blue flaged pretty beach of Esmeralda.I felt like i made new friends during my stay of 10 days. I always felt save and welcomed. I loved spending time with her, the dogs and the cats. Hope to be back, it was an outstanding stay. I would highly recommend it. Muchas gracias Citlali Hasta luego ❤️

This place is located in a great quiet and calm location within Playacar. It’s a short 15 minute walk from 5th avenue where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, and shops. We had a great time balancing our trip with the calm and quiet AWA condominium complex then going to 5th avenue to enjoy the food and nightlight. It was overall an amazing place to stay that offers so much beyond the apartment itself.

The cabin is a work of art. Beautifully crafted in Mya style. All hand made and in great taste. Its a unique experience to sleep surrounded by the lush and green jungle with all its birds butterflies and other animals. The place is on the cenotes road and 20 min from Puerto Morales which is a great beach town. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. We would have stayed more if we had the time.

This was definitely the coolest place I've ever stayed! It is such a beautiful property with multiple natural pools. We really enjoyed exploring. Everywhere you turn there's a different animal. I saw a parrot, ducklings, geese, a peackock, turke, guineas, chickens, turtles, and even a caged crocodile. all the plants and foliage was beautiful too. The dome was a lot bigger than I had expected. It had a kitchen, bathroom with an outdoor shower, and a small upstairs floor complete with a bed and projector that we watched Netflix on. This place is secluded, so once you're here, I'd plan on not leaving. this wasn't a problem since they have their own cafe. the tuna and burger we had from there were yummy and seasoned well! and the margarita was also delicious and perfect to enjoy by the water. I can't recommend staying here enough! next time I'll have to get a massage and try the temaxcal seat lodge mayan ceremony.

As soon as we arrived on the beautiful grounds of Maria's cabanas, we were relaxed, everywhere exotic trees and flowers, no need for music, birdsong, very relaxing. The cabanas were equipped with all the necessary amenities, we had a comfortable stay. Outside, a nice covered terrace with furniture as well as a charcoal grill. Maria welcomed us very warmly when we arrived and was available to help us if we needed it. Manuel the caretaker is a really nice man, discreet but always attentive. A lovely pool is accessible on the property. The beautiful Chen Rio beach is a 5 minute drive away, it is perfect for a family with children. We didn't want to leave and look forward to staying again.

Absolutely beautiful place in the peaceful Jungle. Our two small kids really loved their stay and it was so relaxing for all.

Wonderful spot to experience the jungle. Really peaceful setting. Breakfast dishes were outstanding, and I used their common room to do some yoga, it was perfect. Didn't want to leave, would definitely come back.

A truly magnificent peaceful retreat in the jungle with wonderful people and delicious food! The cabañas are gorgeous, made of natural materials in traditional Mayan style, surrounded by jungle and nothing but the sound of insects at night. The details put into the place are beautiful and you feel very connected to the place. We saw a turtle, swam with frogs in the cenote, and watched numerous birds and butterflies! Julio and his wife, Elda, are incredibly kind and welcoming and make you feel at home. Lenny and Daniel helped one night with food and are also lovely people and fantastic cooks. The food is tasty and served in another beautiful location. It’s the jungle so be prepared for bugs, especially mosquitoes. The two cenotes (one above ground and one in a cave) are steps away from the cabañas and absolutely magical. A taxi into Puerto Moreles is 70 pesos and about 15 minutes. I was studying for an upcoming exam and the internet was fast and reliable. I can’t wait to return! Thank you Julio and Elda!
