ex an exelente place, the location is more than great, it is the second time that we have hospitalized here and certainly not the last, you get to walk everywhere! we love...thank you

Eduardo’s place was very central and close to everything. Eduardo was very responsive when we needed anything. It’s a small place perfect for 2 but there’s everything you need : cooking items, oil, salt, snorkelling equipment, sunscreen. You can see that Eduardo put a lot of thoughts and love making this place welcoming. The beach is 4 minutes away, the best paleteria very close, we loved it! It’s on a busy street so it can get noisy at time but it gets quieter at night. It’s near a private airport but we only heard 1 small plane in the 4 days we spent there. Thank you Eduardo!

The place is really comfortable and safe, the premises are great: pool, padel, running, etc. The apartment is new, with all the furnitures necessary to feel at home. Carlos was very kind, good communications and he gave us good restaurants recomendatios. I highly recommend it, I will be back soon!!

We had a fabulous stay! All the bedrooms were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Loved being able to hear the waves from our bed.

We had a nice stay at Cantera’s place. Pros: The rooftop pool was great. Location was perfect as the place was close to the beach and just around the corner from 5th Ave. Cons: Did not receive check in instructions until just before we arrived. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the floors seemed a bit dirty. Overall, a good place to stay due to the location and beautiful rooftop pool.

I had a beautyful stay at this place that feels like a little jungle oasis. It was wonderful spending time at the rooftop, watch the sunrise or the stars at night, with all the green nature. Citlali is an amazing woman and host, i felt at home right away. She was responsive troughout my stay and i saw her every morning in the garden with the dogs. The Studio has everything you need. Close to the blue flaged pretty beach of Esmeralda.I felt like i made new friends during my stay of 10 days. I always felt save and welcomed. I loved spending time with her, the dogs and the cats. Hope to be back, it was an outstanding stay. I would highly recommend it. Muchas gracias Citlali Hasta luego ❤️

The place was great! Rachel was very helpful and made the check-in so easy. Kids had a blast in the great pool.

Everything was Perfect.

This was my first time visiting Playa del Carmen. Christian provided outstanding communication and assistance in guiding me throughout the stay. Nice job. The location makes getting around the main area very easy and quick. You are a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to main pedestrian walkway where I found most people go.

Patricia’s place at El Taj was wonderful. It was exactly as she described in the listing, even the warning about the fishing boats and lack of beach. All of the amenities provided were welcomed. The restaurant attached to El Taj served as a beach club for the guests. The food (optional) and service from them was top notch. The gym is in a neighboring building that is only a couple of blocks away. It is a very nice gym with fitness classes offered. El Taj also offers included water fitness classes twice a week, which were excellent and well-attended. Most nights it was a quiet location, but one the weekends some noise could be heard from the nearby beach club. It wasn’t enough to keep you awake though. Fifth avenue is just a couple of blocks away. Patricia was very responsive with any questions I asked. She responded within 10-15 minutes.

This place is amazing ! Perfect location right on the peak of everything !! I would definitely recommend to stay here if your in Playa del Carmen

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

Wonderful location. The beach club was a nice touch included in the penthouse rental price. I highly recommend getting off the beaten path (Quinta Avenida) and trying the local smaller restaurants. Fantastic food and friendly people. Also, I'd recommend brushing up on your rudimentary Spanish - people are very friendly when you speak in their native tongue!

Great place to stay! It’s conveniently located near everything and just steps away from the beach. The pictures are exactly what you’ll experience. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay.

It was a beautiful spacious home with a great common space for large groups of people. Patrica responded super quickly when we had questions. Ruth and Raphael were super sweet and friendly, ready to help when we needed anything. Ruth cooked some amazing chilaquiles and accommodated us with the help of getting groceries. Overall an amazing experience! The beach was just a few minutes away. It is worth mentioning that the single beds within the main rooms got pretty hot, but there were fans in each area to help. The house was also very clean and well maintained.

Our stay at Juan's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and spacious the place was. The beautiful decor and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better—close to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Everything was accurately described in the listing, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Juan was an exceptional host, always available for questions and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment is just like the photos, the condominium is beautiful and well cared for. The pool is exquisite and the beach is a short distance away. Close to the apartment there is a 7 eleven, pharmacy and very good Italian restaurant. The host is very kind and always willing to address any inconvenience. It is an excellent place to stay , just a couple blocks from 5th Avenue.

The place is beautiful, with an amazing ocean view. The service was also great starting from the people from the reception, Miguel, and all the people that made our stay wonderful. we definitelyhad a fantastic experience.

First, I would like to thank our host Verna & her husband for great communication before & during our stay. Second, our concierge, Jose Luis, was amazing from the beginning to the end! We came into Playa Del Carmen before hurricane Beryl touched down and he made sure we were checked in and had everything we needed to make it through the storm. Lastly, the condo is beautiful!! The pictures don't do enough justice for how amazingly put together it is. Everything that you could need for pool/beach day is provided. Perfect location. About 10 mins from Calle Cinco. All attractions/excursions are within 30 mins. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Playa del Carmen. We will definitely be planning to return our stay with Verna!

Place was really great! Perfect space for 8 of us to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary together. The beach was beautiful and on property restaurants served good food and drinks. Downtown Playa del Carmen was an easy walk or cab ride.

Santiago is an amazing host! We loved our stay at his beautiful home! Best location, so close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. His place is beautiful and welcoming and has all the essentials we need.. Santiago is very responsive to all our questions and he made us feel at home! Would definitely come back!

Villa Marea was awesome. The house is beautiful and it’s surprising how nice the architecture is and the decor inside! The rooms are all nice and very comfy beds! The back yard with the pool is nice and gives off a relaxing vibe. The staff is great and the host was extremely responsive and helped me every step of the way! They assisted me with errands and gave good recommendations! The location is good in playacar extremely safe and close to everything. I travel a lot and I would highly recommend this villa for large groups or families. Only down side was the WiFi was choppy so made it difficult at times to access.
