Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Phillip Island

We had a Lil family Vacay to get some downtime and we couldn't have asked for a better host or better stay. Very easy to find and check in. Jenny is amazing very helpful and very responsive. Beautiful home and well appointed. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thanks for having us and our fluff.

We had a great time, house perfect for families and friends. Kids enjoyed the big backyard, played cricket and basketball, as well as all the fun things to do inside like pool and table tennis. The location was perfect, we could walk to the main street, with the shops and beach close by. Would stay again!

We recently stayed at "Twin Beaches" in Cowes, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail that made this property stand out. The location is perfect – tucked away in a peaceful spot but still just a short stroll to both beaches and the vibrant town centre. The home itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area was ideal for relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring the island. We especially loved the outdoor deck area, which was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks. The garden was a lovely space for the kids to play, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s place. The house was exceptionally clean in a great location and Sally was very responsive. We recommend staying at Sally’s place when you’re next in San Remo!

short walk from red rocks beach and 5 min car ride to cowes centre. house was super well equipped with everything you could need and more. we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location as its very close to the town centre..checking in and out was super easy. House was very clean and tidy inside and can park ar least 2 cars outside.

Very well located, clean, well appointed accommodation with lots of thoughtful extras, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Walking distance to many amenities. Anne was also very responsive and understanding of requests. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Can highly recommend.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

Our weekend getaway at Phillip Island was memorable and made especially by our stay the Smith Girl’s Shack. The space was very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. It was exactly as pictured and Cindy was an excellent host. It is walking distance to all the best spots in Cowes. We would highly recommend.

Nice appartment with everything we needed and a great location

Wow what a beautiful self-contained apartment right on the beach. Full Kitchen, spa bath, internet and air-con with two living areas and two cable televisions; this place is highly recommended! Thanks again Michelle!

The property was delightful. Very clean tidy. Looked exactly like the pictures. Our Host was very responsive and friendly. We will recommend to friends and come back ourselves.

Debbie's place should be a go to, if you're thinking of heading to Phillip Island. Great place and amazing, central location. Debbie is also very helpful and communicative.

Steve was a really good host. Easy access, clear instructions and place was really clean. Easy to communicate with, quick with the responding. They even had a folder with all the places and restaurant around the area, so it have provided us with some good ideas of what to do and where to go. Definitely recommend this place, would go back.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.
