We had a Lil family Vacay to get some downtime and we couldn't have asked for a better host or better stay. Very easy to find and check in. Jenny is amazing very helpful and very responsive. Beautiful home and well appointed. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thanks for having us and our fluff.

We had a fantastic weekend away with our two dogs, Josh's place was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful big back yard for the boys to run around in. Walking distance to a dog friendly beach. Loved every minute!

Steve's a great host. He's very responsive and provided a lot of clear instructions and local recommendations. The property is within walking distance of the beach and has a good sized yard for our German Shepherd.

House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

I want to say "don't go," but that's just because I want it all to myself! We come almost every summer and this place is a balm for our souls. The minute we walk in we all sigh a breath of relief to be back. Falling asleep to the sound of penguins calling out to each other in the rookeries is a magical thing. The beach frontage is superb and the view is mesmerising. The house is so brilliantly designed that our two families (8 of us) function and move about easily and the adult kids love the downstairs space for their independence. We are well aware that the kids only come for the house now and not for our company anymore! I would have to say that it is the best priced luxury on the Island. Thankyou for yet another blissful week away.

We stayed during the summer school holidays and it certainly didn’t feel like it, this is a beautiful place located in a peaceful town and short drive to everything! Nice walk to the beach and it felt like there was no one around you! We had four generations of family staying and it was such a great house for this. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom, a bunk room for the kids with their own bathroom and two living areas! It suited perfectly! The kitchen was massive and we could all get in and cook and eat together. If you are looking for a multi family/group place to stay, I would recommend this! So many activities for the kids/family we didn’t get a chance to use them all - pool, spa, gym, table tennis, tennis, pizza oven, bocce the list goes on!

I recently stayed at this amazing accommodation in San Remo, and I can't recommend it enough! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning beach and local shops. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking views from our balcony. We had a large family going on our first road trip together and this place was able to accommodate all of us. baby friendly and pet friendly. Kim was extremely responsive to our messages. definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time! Great house with amazing amenities! Would be great for a family that wants to chill out go for walks and Just relax! Wonthaggi is very close for all your shopping needs! We would also love to go in winter and make use of the open fire and spa! Highly recommend this vacation home.

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights, and the house was exactly what we expected by the photos! beautiful clean home, super comfy big bed in the main room, house was easy to keep clean and we loved the pool! absolutely would recommend for a family to stay here or couples and in a fantastic location!

Clean and comfortable house that was very child friendly. So close to the beach and a short drive or leisurely stroll to the main strip in Cowes. I loved how quiet and peaceful the home was even on a busy long weekend for the island. The north facing giant balcony was fabulous and my son loved the play set. Would highly recommend

This was our 2nd time in Phillip Island but this time outside of Cowes. I chose this home because of the reviews as well it looked very homely. We have 2 young kids so always need to find suitable homes. Whatever questions I asked they'd respond quickly. If they didn't have something they'd give us an easy fix option. What I loved about their home is it had most stuff for majority of our trip. The kitchen has all necessities even kid friendly cups and plates. The couple of issues we experienced I informed them and they said they'd make sure it's fixed for the next people. It's quiet, it's comfortable, its clean and we all loved it. Highly recommend 👍🥰

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so uniquely decorated and so cozy. Came with everything you could need for your stay. Amanda was so lovely with recommendations for restaurants and cafes in the area and was more then happy to answer any questions from us. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Spacious, simple, well-lain out floor plan, and easy inside outside access for our dog. Back yard was private and secure with an attractive semi-enclosed porch. Very comfortable house, good coffee pod machine and thoughtful extras. Quiet enclave on the island with easy access to walks, beaches, eateries and general store!
