Vacation rentals with a firepit in Phillip Island

we had a lively time and enjoyed our stay very much.

This house was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was peaceful. The two outside deck spaces provided good spots to relax and the yard was secure for our little dog to roam free.

Stay of a lifetime! Janine’s shipping container turned boutique living space is nothing short of amazing. Inside, you’ll find beautiful decor, an added living space, full kitchen, and a pristine bathroom. Outside, you’ll find a lush garden, plenty of spots to relax in the sun, and if you’re lucky you might find Janine herself and her dog Frankie. Janine offered outstanding hospitality, making sure we had what we needed, knew our way around town, and even drove us to the nearby beaches a couple times. Frankie offered endless entertainment and puppy love. If you’re coming to Phillip Island, please look no further than Janine’s. Seriously. Your expectations will be exceeded and then some. Great house on a large block of land so very private in a central location. House had everything we needed. Kurt was quick to respond when we needed help with a couple of things.

What a wonderful place to stay!! Great house, comfy beds, large yard, the double shower head and the view from the living area and balcony is stunning!! Everything was as described & like the photos. Loved that we could take our dog, take a short walk to the beach or just enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is so well equipped and Jacinta an informative and responsive host. Hoping to return in the near future!

Our stay at Island Ranch was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and the beautifully maintained farmhouse. The property is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The four bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our group. The highlight, though, was the spa – the perfect way to unwind. If you're looking for a quiet escape with modern comforts, Island Ranch is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

We had a beautiful stay and really appreciated the effort put in to be environmentally friendly.

Laura’s studio is just amazing! So stylish and lush and just loved the outdoor space. The hot tub was obviously a favourite! Laura txt me early the morning of my check in to let me know it was ready if I wanted to check in early, which was awesome! It’s in a great location and mostly private and quiet. Only 10mins from Mornington Main Street as well. I will 100% be back!

Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.
