The home was in a perfect location. Great for large groups. The host was so accommodating. One of our guests forgot his wallet and the host had it mailed back to us free of charge. Highly recommend staying in this gorgeous home. Everything you need under one roof.

I wish every host were as responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful as he. I would highly recommend this penthouse condo! Perfect for a family vacation or trip for a few friends. What a place! It was the perfect location for a friend’s getaway. Far enough from town that we had privacy, but close enough that we could pop down for dinner. The house itself was beautiful, inside and out! The hot tub was lovely and easy to heat up. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/etc. We used the grill as well! I would definitely book again!

This is a beautiful, comfortable, organized well-maintained home! It is perfect for the foodie and a large family. The yard is safe, well-designed and perfectly enclosed. The furniture is very comfortable, clean, high quality and perfectly suits a large family! Clear instructions and organized cabinets inspire visitors to respect and take care of the well-chosen items. This house was so well stocked and supplied! We would love to rent here again! And having plenty of soft towels always impresses!!

Jacky was an amazing host and the house was lovely! We booked it for three nights and enjoyed our stay. We hosted a friends get-together in the city, and the location was convenient for everyone to get to. There was ample street parking and it was a safe area. It comfortably fit 25 people without a problem (and of course, it comfortably slept the three people who stayed there, myself included!) One thing that's important when throwing gatherings is the ability to have music. While it's usually a nightmare to connect to a full sound system, Jacky set this one up so all I had to do was connect it to the Whole House using Airplay on my phone, and instantly the vibes were set. This is HUGE for me as a gathering host. The pictures are a little different from what it actually is because I think some of the furniture is updated from when they last took photos. But that being said, I greatly preferred the furniture they have now compared to the actual photos from Airbnb. Finally, the house got so many compliments and at least four people said they wish they could buy the house itself. That's how tastefully decorated it is and how lovely the house overall is. We'd gladly book with Jacky again!

An extraordinary place and an even more extraordinary experience. The home and the surroundings are of the highest quality, best kitchen we have experienced. Wonderful selection of locally harvested fruits, vegetables and herbs along with homemade jams and salsas were all waiting for us when we arrive along with eggs harvested from the ranch's chickens. Edward took us on a terrific tour of the expansive property including amazing gardens, forests and the chickens, goats and ponies that live 50 yards from the house. The investment Edward and his team have made in the ranch is truly remarkable. Wonderful pool, a fantastic tent sanctuary with twin outdoor tubs, fitness trail as good as any upscale park and a lake on the property. As peaceful and relaxing a place as we could imagine. All that and a 10 minute drive into Healdsburg with all it has to offer. Edward a tremendous host, immediate response to any question and helpful advice. We will be returning!

This place is absolutely amazing! It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, especially the kitchen. We had a group of 14 of us come up to North Tahoe for a ski weekend and we were all very comfortable. The house is well stocked with all towels, linens, cooking utensils, etc. There are thoughtful touches throughout the home and plenty of spaces to store your belongings so they are not in the way. The driveway has plenty of parking for large vehicles. Better yet, the hosts are extremely responsive. We had an issue in the kitchen and we quickly came to a resolution within an hour, no waiting around and derailing our vacation. I also want to thank the hosts for their flexibility and customer service. We’d love to return one day!
