Vacation rentals in Nichili

We had a great stay here. Everything was as described for the most part. We did our shopping before leaving Cancun but actually found that El Cuyo had most of what we would have needed between the fruit and veg stand and the small supermarket style store. Internet was hit or miss so download all you need ahead of time. The location and beach were amazing, so peaceful even on busy beach days you felt like you had it enough to yourself. We walked with 3 young kids into town, to the pier, for a massage, to restaurants, the laundrette... For several of our days we had a lovely, large family with 4 kids staying upstairs. Things were loud downstairs, especially in the back bedroom by the door - something to consider if you want quiet. But the large provided fans did drown alot out. it was rather hot on a few nights, not unbearable but very sticky even with the giant fans. No bugs tho (late jan/early feb). The space worked out well having 2 young fams stay! kathy was lovely and helpful!

Cathy’s place was a perfect spot for our stay in El Cuyo! Great location close to the beach, the center of town and many nice restaurants. Cathy was a very supportive host with anything we needed.

Stayed here only one night because we had a tour early the next morning in Rio Lagartos, but the place really did surpass expectations. It’s a lovely little house where you can feel privacy and yet you’re safe at a walkable distance to downtown. Everything is clean and organized and the general feel of everything was very much to our liking.

Comfortable with everything you need to rest. Having the sea a few steps away was the best. We would definitely stay with Karla again. Thank you!

Our stay was most enjoyable. Very quiet and refreshing, as we wanted. The terrace on the 2nd floor and the moments around the pool were much appreciated. thank you for the welcome and responsiveness! We hope to come back

Just as we wished for. The place is pretty basic but right on the beach in a really laid back town vibe. Good restaurant nearby also. We we're scared with mosquitoes before arriving (late February) but there where none. Would definitely go back to El Cuyo again. Thanks

Wonderful in every way! Laura was responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for. From tips on driving conditions from the airport to making sure everything was going well once we arrived, we felt cared for and looked after. And the house! AMAZING location steps from the beach and walkable everywhere. We enjoyed seeing the water from bed and eating and relaxing on the deck with the blue water as our backdrop. We appreciated the portable beach chairs Laura provided for sitting just outside the house or walking a ways down the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals and having the drinking water cooler was wonderful. We loved our stay, Laura’s hospitality, and her lovely home. We would absolutely return. Thank you!!
