Monthly Rentals in New Smyrna Beach

Just a short walk to the beach. Perfect space for a family. Loved that there are cleaning supplies for long stays, a vacuum and the essential to get you by. We loved our stay! And it’s a fun area of Florida as well.

Deanna was a great host~ very responsive to messages and super easy to work with. Her place was nice, clean and safe. We'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Charming. Even though it was upstairs, it didn’t feel that way! I Loved the quaint, artistic affirmations on each wall or shelf reassuring me that relaxation was in order! Truly attractive and charming!!

With Daytona Bike Week going on and Spring Break revelry in town, the "Secret Cottage" was a welcome refuge to peace, quiet and comfort. The 15-minute ride to the shore was a breeze. Riding bikes for miles on the beach was fabulous! Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Golf was great! Luiz was polite and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this listing!
