Beach house vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

We had 7 people in our group and we were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and homey. Anne was prompt with responses and we were able to get in a little early. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

we loved our stay at Ponce inlet, it's a wonderful neighborhood. we were traveling a lot to and from Daytona beach which was a little drive everytime but it did not trouble us.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The home was pristine clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The home is in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Having snacks available when we arrived was very much appreciated. We plan to return.

We visited Jorie’s place for Spring Break. The home was exactly as described with everything you could think of. Location was great and we walked to the beach multiple times a day. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Walking into the main living space was breathtaking. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outdoor shower was a bonus, especially for my toddler grandson who loved getting sandy. We made so many wonderful memories. Building sandcastles, smashing sandcastles; jumping waves, being knocked down by bigger ones; takeaway tacos, birthday cupcakes; sunrises on the stairs with a favorite aunt, cuddling a grandmother on the back porch for sunsets. Making memories with families who are too far away, we drove south halfway, they drove north halfway. The perfect spring break for my grandchildren - and their parents and grandparents. Great place, brand new build, stayed there with a large crew for the Daytona 500. 15 min drive from track and 10 min drive to main bars/restaurants at Daytona Beach. Can probably fit 5 cars if you needed. Backyard is tiny but you’ll be spending your time out and about anyways, presumably.

Great place at walking distance to the beach. Can get anywhere else within a 15 mins radius via car as well. Lawrence was very friendly and the house was very cozy. We would definitely go back

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

WOW! What a gem! Read the listing and look at the pics--everything as shown and described. Because Kokomo was right in-between the intracoastal (million dollar sunsets) and the ocean (million dollar sunrises) you had all of the views and access to restaurants and stores BUT you didn't have the noise of the main roads. We walked to the beach and the intracoastal in less than 5 minutes. So easy to come back and forth. The pool and spa were PERFECT! We were literally only inside to sleep, shower, and get snacks! The fenced yard is perfect for kids, pets, and privacy. The neighborhood is safe. I walked daily and was greeted with smiling and waving neighbors. The next door neighbor was a treat to talk to as well! Inside the house you have everything you need, but there is no clutter. The extra touches (toiletries, so many beach and regular towels, and a jar to collect sand) were so thoughtful! Beds were SO comfy! Great water pressure! Can't wait to return! THANK YOU!

The host was super responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as described. Walkable to a really nice beach.

Beautiful rental within walking distance to everything (beaches, restaurants, boating, shops). The home was pristine and so well thought out. Every one had privacy and their own space to spread out. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and pantry was huge. Boat dock was a bit of a walk but easy to access and the boat was in a safe spot so we never worried. We would definitely stay here again! One of the nicest rentals we’ve ever had in new smyrna beach. We had the best of both worlds with boating access and walkable beaches.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

Jared’s place was warm and welcoming. Clean with all the extras of home. Comfy beds. Super cute front patio and entrance. The back patio and pool was a great way to spend mornings and evenings in conversation. And if your Bestie locks you out at 9pm Jared can get ya back in the house as he was quick to respond and work his magic. An absolute beautiful little place to stay off the beaten path in between the best of both worlds. Two blocks from the beach and less than a block from the river. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and cute little gift shops. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse & Museum is just a hop skip and a jump down the road if you want to add a little history to your trip. My birthday getaway was filled with great beach sunrises, river sunsets, and that moon on the water is a dreamy way to welcome the nights.

We had a great stay. The place was super cute, steps from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

excellent location, beach and river at opposite ends of the road. basic furnishings comfortable uncluttered, easy to keep clean, appliances were great , small lot but faced in back yard.. settee for back sun porch would have been nice. also a couple of blankets for the chilly nights..

I can't give this place enough praise, such a sweet rental! Extremely close to the beach and very walkable to Flagler Ave. Chad was incredibly accommodating and the rental was everything I'd hoped for. Super spacious with multiple balconies and a nice yard. Perfect touch for my road trip, would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The neighborhood was so peaceful and everyone was so nice and welcoming! We talked to many locals on walks and trips to the beach! They were so helpful telling us places to eat, safety tips about the ocean there and even would help us carry all the beach things down to the beach when they saw us coming with the kiddos! One lady even tried to talk us into buying a home for sale in the neighborhood! Haha! During our stay we had a plumbing issue. Annette responded immediately to my concern and the problem was fixed that day! I will say, during our stay it looked like the beach access at the end of the street was closed due to storm damage. Once at the end of the street we would go right and access the beach in front of the circle K store. The walk was not horrible at all! Maybe 3-5 min. Access being right at the store was so convenient for snacks! Our kids made great friends with the employees and made sure to go tell them bye before we left. Such a great stay!!

Tara’s place met all our expectations. It was a clean, comfortable home away from home. Private & quiet. We filled her wagon with chairs & umbrella and walked to the beach access right across the main road. Plenty of great restaurants in the area & a Publix nearby. We came for the National Cheer Association competition in Daytona. Ormond Beach was close but far enough away to escape the craziness of the event. Absolutely pleased with our choice to stay at Tara’s place! Highly recommended!

We had such a great stay here for a graduation trip! So close to the beach with lots of comfortable space at the home for all 10 of us. Cody and Lily were very responsive and available during our time there. Awesome boho vibes🤙

Everything about this stay was great! The location is awesome and we loved that there were so many extra things available for us, like the golf cart and all the beach equipment.

Landon + Evie were great from the very beginning. They replied right away and were very welcoming. Their place was beautiful and in a great location. We love how clean the house was and all the little touches they provided such as a welcoming bottle of wine, sugar and coffee for your stay. We highly recommend this place. We surely will be coming back!!

We loved our stay, close to everything. It was the perfect place to celebrate my grandsons 3rd birthday. He loved the bunk beds and the toys in the 2nd bedroom. We also enjoyed the swing in the back yard. I would love to return in the future.
