A beautiful homestay in Ooty! The location of the place is great and you can see the sunrise and mountains right from your balcony. We stayed in the Bilberry Cottage. Highly recommended place to take a break from the chaos of city life. The scenery from the place is breathtaking. We went in the month of Feb when it was moderately cold and you can use the fireplace as well in the evening! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The housekeeper was very helpful and courteous. Special mention about Kunjum - a very cute lovely dog with whome one can easily spend their time during the day time..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The mountain views were spectacular, especially the sunrise! The location was ideal, and Udhay, the caretaker, made our experience even better with his helpful and friendly demeanor. He was always available and truly a pleasure to interact with.

We absolutely loved the place. It's such a cozy place and not to mention the view from our room. We could see the sunset, it's so beautiful. The place is on a farm with such adorable friendly animals. The host and his family were so friendly and helpful. It's only 12 kms from the city and the drive is very nice. I would definitely visit again and definitely recommend this place!

This was the best experience I’ve had staying at any AirBNB thus far, and it’s all credit to the thought, care and intention that Simple, Rakesh, Hasu and everyone there puts into the experience. The views are nothing short of heavenly, and the decor and ambiance are par excellence, but what truly blew us away was how we were treated like members of a family the second we walked through the doors. From warm, home cooked meals, to Hasu’s round the clock hospitality, to Simple making our day with personalized recommendations, and the warmth with which she hosted us. We are also eternal fans of the cook’s special Chicken 65, which we ordered every day on our stay. The property is beautifully designed, offering privacy and yet incredible access to the valley views right from the bed. Extremely well maintained and clean. We are so grateful to SilverOak! PS - Mr. Buddy and his tail wags sweeten the deal so much more.
